Abstract
Description
樹脂材料を供給する樹脂材料供給部(トラフ130)と、
前記樹脂材料供給部から樹脂材料が供給される第一樹脂材料搬送部(小トレイ41)と、
前記第一樹脂材料搬送部により搬送された樹脂材料を、成形型31へと搬送する第二樹脂材料搬送部(大トレイ43)と、
1つの前記第二樹脂材料搬送部に供給される樹脂材料を複数回に分けて前記樹脂材料供給部から前記第一樹脂材料搬送部へと供給する場合、ある回の前記樹脂材料供給部からの樹脂材料の供給量を、その回より前の回の前記樹脂材料供給部からの樹脂材料の供給量に基づいて調整する制御部50と、
を具備するものである。

- 樹脂材料を供給する樹脂材料供給部と、
前記樹脂材料供給部から樹脂材料が供給される第一樹脂材料搬送部と、
前記第一樹脂材料搬送部により搬送された樹脂材料を、成形型へと搬送する第二樹脂材料搬送部と、
1つの前記第二樹脂材料搬送部に供給される樹脂材料を複数回に分けて前記樹脂材料供給部から前記第一樹脂材料搬送部へと供給する場合、ある回の前記樹脂材料供給部からの樹脂材料の供給量を、その回より前の回の前記樹脂材料供給部からの樹脂材料の供給量に基づいて調整する制御部と、
を具備する樹脂材料供給装置。 - 前記第一樹脂材料搬送部は、1つの前記第二樹脂材料搬送部に対して複数設けられている、
請求項1に記載の樹脂材料供給装置。 - 前記樹脂材料供給部は、1つの前記第一樹脂材料搬送部に対して複数設けられている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂材料供給装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記樹脂材料供給部から前記第一樹脂材料搬送部へと樹脂材料を供給する場合、前記第一樹脂材料搬送部を回転させて、前記第一樹脂材料搬送部における異なる領域に対して樹脂材料を複数回に分けて供給する、
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の樹脂材料供給装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記樹脂材料供給部から前記第一樹脂材料搬送部への1回の樹脂材料の供給において、樹脂材料を連続的に前記第一樹脂材料搬送部へと供給した後で、樹脂材料を間欠的に前記第一樹脂材料搬送部へと供給するように、前記樹脂材料供給部を制御する、
請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の樹脂材料供給装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の樹脂材料供給装置を備える樹脂成形装置。
- 請求項6に記載の樹脂成形装置を用いて樹脂成形品を製造する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
