Abstract
【解決手段】 2つの流体伝導要素を接続するためのコネクタである。コネクタは、雌差込み部と、雌差込み部に差し込むことができる雄差込み部とを備える。雌差込み部にはリテーナが繋げられており、このリテーナを使用して雄差込み部を雌差込み部に固定することができる。雌差込み部は、少なくとも1つの検証要素を有し、この検証要素は特にコードの形態をなしており、固定されていない状態のときこのコードは読取不能又は不完全である。

Claims (15)
- 2つの流体伝導要素を接続するための、特に2つの自動車管路(2、3)を接続するためのコネクタ(1)であって、
雌差込み部(4)と、
前記雌差込み部(4)に差し込むことができる雄差込み部(5)と
を備え、
前記雌差込み部(4)には、リテーナ(6)が繋げられており、
前記リテーナ(6)を使用して、前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)に固定することができ、
前記雌差込み部(4)は、
少なくとも1つの検証要素を有し、前記検証要素は、特にコード(7)の形態をなしており、且つ、前記雄差込み部(5)が固定されていない状態のとき、前記雌差込み部(4)に設けられている少なくとも1つの窓孔(8)により、複数の領域において少なくとも覆われて読取不能であるか、又は、
検証要素の少なくとも一部を有し、前記検証要素は、特にコード(7)の一部(7a)である形態をなしており、且つ、前記雄差込み部(5)が前記固定されていない状態のとき、前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、不完全且つ読取不能であり、且つ、前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)の、少なくとも1つの足される部分又は欠けている部分(7b)は、前記雌差込み部(4)にある前記少なくとも1つの窓孔(8)に配置されているか、又は、
その両方であり、
前記雄差込み部(5)が固定された又は完全に挿入された状態になると前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)が完全になる又は読取可能になる又はその両方となるような態様で、前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間、前記少なくとも1つの窓孔(8)は変位する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のコネクタであって、
前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、
読取可能コード、特に機械読取可能コードであり、
好ましくはQRコード又はバーコード又はデータマトリックスコード又はこれらを組み合わせたものである
コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、前記雌差込み部(4)の外面(9)上に配置されている
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、前記雌差込み部(4)に、特に前記雌差込み部(4)の前記外面(9)に、不動に又は実質的に不動に配置されている
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間、
前記窓孔(8)は、挿入方向において軸方向に変位し、好ましくは、前記挿入方向において前記雌差込み部(4)の前記外面(9)に沿って軸方向に案内される
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記窓孔(8)は、小穴として設計されており、
前記雄差込み部(5)が前記固定された又は完全に挿入された状態のとき、前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、前記小穴の少なくとも1つの凹部(10)を通して読取可能であることが好ましい
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記窓孔(8)は、前記雄差込み部(5)と直接的相互作用するか、又は、間接的相互作用するか、又は、その両方により、変位可能である
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記窓孔(8)は、前記雄差込み部(5)と相互作用するための接触延長部(11)を少なくとも1つ有し、
前記接触延長部(11)は、
好ましくは、前記雌差込み部(4)の接触凹部(12)を通して嵌まり、
好ましくは、前記雌差込み部(4)の内部空間内に突出する
コネクタ。 - 請求項8に記載のコネクタであって、
前記雄差込み部(5)は、少なくとも1つの心出し要素(13)を有し、
前記心出し要素(13)は、前記雄差込み部(5)が固定された又は完全に挿入された状態のときに、前記雌差込み部(4)の形状嵌め凹部(14)内に嵌まるものであり、
前記形状嵌め凹部(14)は、好ましくは、前記雌差込み部(4)の内面上に配置されており、
前記窓孔(8)の前記接触延長部(11)は、前記雌差込み部(4)の前記形状嵌め凹部(14)内に突出し、
前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間、前記雄差込み部(5)の前記心出し要素(13)は、前記窓孔(8)が変位するように、前記接触延長部(11)と相互作用する、特に直接的相互作用する
コネクタ。 - 請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記雄差込み部(5)は、傾斜面(15)を有し、
前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間に、前記傾斜面(15)は、前記窓孔(8)が変位するように、前記窓孔(8)の前記接触延長部(11)と相互作用する、特に直接的相互作用する
コネクタ。 - 請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記雌差込み部(4)内に、少なくとも1つのスペーサリング(16)が設けられており、
前記スペーサリング(16)は、前記雄差込み部(5)が前記固定された又は完全に挿入された状態のときに、前記雄差込み部(5)と前記雌差込み部(4)との間に配置され、
前記窓孔(8)は、好ましくは前記接触延長部(11)によって、前記スペーサリング(16)に係止され、
前記雄差込み部(5)が前記固定されていない状態のとき、前記スペーサリング(16)は、前記雌差込み部(4)内におけるその終了位置にまだ位置しておらず、
前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間、前記スペーサリング(16)は、前記窓孔(8)と共にその終了位置に変位する
コネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタであって、
前記コネクタ(1)は、少なくとも1つの復元要素、特に少なくとも1つのばね(17)を有し、
前記ばね(17)は、前記雌差込み部(4)と前記窓孔(8)との間に配置され、
前記ばね(17)は、前記雄差込み部(5)を前記雌差込み部(4)へ挿入している間、張力が生じ、
これにより、前記雌差込み部(4)から前記雄差込み部(5)が離れたとき、復元力により、前記窓孔(8)はその初期位置に押し戻される

前記検証要素又は前記コード(7)は、
前記コネクタ(1)に関する読取可能な情報、特に、前記コネクタの、製造者、商品番号、型番、材料、製造日、バッチ番号の少なくとも1つに関する読取可能な情報を含むか、又は、
過誤防止コードを含か、又は、
その両方である
