Abstract
【解決手段】パルプ系素材よりなる蓋部と基部とが、ヒンジ部を介して一体に連結されており、開蓋及び閉蓋可能に形成されており、蓋部は膨出部を備え、基部は、包装体への取付部と、前記取付部から立ち上がる囲繞状壁と、前記囲繞状壁と前記取出口との間に形成されるフランジ部とを備え、前記閉蓋時には、前記蓋部が前記フランジ部と接触し、閉蓋状態を保持しているときは、前記蓋部によって前記フランジ部に押圧力が付与された状態で前記膨出部が前記囲繞状壁を覆うように配置され、閉蓋状態の保持が解除されたときは、前記蓋部による前記フランジ部の押圧力が解除されて前記フランジ部から前記蓋部に、前記蓋部が開蓋する力が付与されるように構成した。

Description
(1)包装体内に収納された内容物の乾燥を抑制するために前記包装体の開口部に設けられる蓋部材であって、紙系素材により形成されてなる、基部と前記基部に開閉可能に形成された蓋部とを備え、前記基部は、前記包装体への取付部と、前記取付部から立ち上がり形成された立ち上がり壁と、前記立ち上がり壁に囲まれて開口形成され、前記開口部を経由して前記内容物を取り出すための取出口とを有し、前記蓋部は、閉蓋時に該蓋部の内壁と前記立ち上がり壁の外壁との間で接触部を形成して、前記取出口を閉止するように構成されていることを特徴とする蓋部材、

また、本発明に係る蓋部材は、密閉性も優れているため、例えばウェットシート等といった各種の内容物の乾燥を抑制することができる。しかして、本発明に係る蓋部材は、環境にやさしい安価な紙材料よりなる蓋部材でありながら、密閉性に優れ、収納された内容物の乾燥を効果的に抑制することができ、使用後の廃棄時における包装体と蓋部材との分別といった煩わしさも低減することのできる蓋部材を提供することができる。
図46から図52に示す態様では、蓋部2を基部3側に押し閉めるだけで、係止部55と係止受け部56との係合が容易に行えるとともに、係止部55の端を上方に引き上げるだけで、容易に開蓋させることができる。
凹溝条係合部と凸条係合部との係合による場合、比較的安価な部材を用いて確実に閉蓋状態を保持することが可能である。

紙系素材により形成されてなる、基部と前記基部に開閉可能に形成された蓋部とを備え、
前記基部は、
前記包装体への取付部と、
前記取付部から立ち上がり形成された立ち上がり壁と、
前記立ち上がり壁に囲まれて開口形成され、前記開口部を経由して前記内容物を取り出すための取出口とを有し、
前記蓋部は、閉蓋時に該蓋部の内壁と前記立ち上がり壁の外壁との間で接触部を形成して、前記取出口を閉止するように構成されていることを特徴とする蓋部材。 - 包装体内に収納された内容物の乾燥を抑制するために前記包装体の開口部に設けられる蓋部材であって、
紙系素材により形成されてなる、基部と前記基部に開閉可能に形成された蓋部とを備え、
前記基部は、
包装体への取付部と、
前記取付部から立ち上がり形成された立ち上がり壁と、
前記立ち上がり壁に囲まれて開口形成され、前記開口部よりも上方に位置する取出口と、
前記立ち上がり壁上端側に、閉蓋時に前記蓋部内面と当接して押圧される被押圧部とを有し、
前記閉蓋時には、前記蓋部が前記被押圧部と接触し、閉蓋状態を保持している間には、前記蓋部は前記被押圧部に押圧力を付与した状態で前記取出口を覆って閉止し、閉蓋状態の保持が解除されたときは、前記蓋部による前記被押圧部への押圧力が解除されて前記被押圧部から前記蓋部に、前記蓋部を開蓋する力が付与されることを特徴とする蓋部材。 - 前記蓋部の内壁と前記立ち上がり壁の外壁との間で接触部を形成して、前記取出口を前記蓋部が閉止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の蓋部材。
- 前記蓋部は、蓋部外方に膨出形成された膨出部を有しており、
前記膨出部側壁の内面と前記立ち上がり壁の外面との間で接触部を形成して、前記取出口を前記蓋部が閉止するように構成されている請求項1又は3記載の蓋部材。 - 前記膨出部側壁の内面は、閉蓋時に前記立ち上がり壁の外面に沿う形状に形成されている請求項4記載の蓋部材。
- 前記立ち上がり壁及び前記膨出部側壁は、上方に向けて先細りとなるテーパ状に形成されている請求項4記載の蓋部材。
- 前記被押圧部は、前記立ち上がり壁の上端縁が前記取出口に向けて湾曲形成された張出部よりなる請求項2記載の蓋部材。
- 前記被押圧部は、前記立ち上がり壁の上端縁部分から前記取出口に向けて張出形成されたフランジ部によりなる請求項2記載の蓋部材。
- 前記フランジ部は、傾斜形成されている請求項8記載の蓋部材。
- 前記膨出部は、立ち上がり形成された側壁部と連接形成された天井壁を有し、
前記天井壁は、前記側壁部と連接する周縁部から内側方向に向けて凹嵌状に形成されている請求項4記載の蓋部材。 - 前記基部と前記蓋部の閉蓋状態を保持するための閉止手段を有する請求項1又は2記載の蓋部材。
- 前記閉止手段が前記立ち上がり壁の外壁と前記膨出部の内壁との間に設けられている請求項11記載の蓋部材。
- 前記基部と、前記蓋部との閉蓋状態を保持するために、前記蓋部と立ち上がり壁との接触部の摩擦応力による閉止手段を有する請求項1又は3記載の蓋部材。
- 包装体内に収納された内容物の乾燥を抑制するために前記包装体の開口部に設けられる、紙系素材よりなる基部及び前記基部に対して開閉可能な蓋部とを有する蓋部材の製造方法であって、
紙系素材よりなる原反材料から、少なくとも前記蓋部及び前記基部を構成するための蓋部材形成体を打ち抜き加工する工程と、
前記蓋部材において前記蓋部となる蓋部形成部、及び前記基部となる基部形成部の少なくともいずれか一方をプレス成形するプレス工程とを有し、
前記プレス工程は、
前記蓋部材形成体の周縁部分を、保持し得るが固定し得ない状態で支持した状態で、前記蓋部材形成体の周縁部よりも内側の部分を深絞り成形することを特徴とする蓋部材の製造方法。 - 前記蓋部材形成体は、前記蓋部形成部と前記基部形成部との間にヒンジ部形成部を有し、
前記ヒンジ部形成部に折り曲げ部を形成した後に前記プレス加工を行う請求項14記載の蓋部材の製造方法。 - 前記原反材料に吸湿処理を行った後に前記プレス加工を行う請求項14記載の蓋部材の製造方法。
- 前記プレス工程の前に、前記蓋部が前記基部と閉蓋する状態を維持するための閉止手段を形成する請求項14記載の蓋部材の製造方法。
- 取出口が開口した蓋部材の形成部材を形成した後、複数の前記形成部材を重ねた状態で少なくとも前記形成部材の取出口端縁部に耐水処理が行われる請求項14記載の蓋部材の製造方法。
