Claims (20)
- 医薬品、バイオプロセス、又は食品/乳製品の用途に使用される可撓性導管又はチューブ管理システムであって、
可撓性導管又はチューブのセグメントと;
複数の導管トラックであって、各導管トラックが、第1の側部に配置され且つ各導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し、前記可撓性導管又はチューブのセグメントを収容する大きさの導管チャネルを具え、各導管トラックが、対向する第2の側部に配置され、且つ各導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し、前記導管トラックに隣接して接続された1又はそれ以上のコネクタを収容するコネクタチャネルを更に具える、導管トラックと;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムが、少なくとも2つの導管トラックの間に配置された1又はそれ以上のポンプ、バルブ、センサ、フィルタ、クロマトグラフィ−カラム、溶出カラム、リアクタ、リザーバ及びマニフォールドを更に具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記導管チャネルがC字形状又は半環状であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の導管トラック及び前記可撓性導管又はチューブのセグメントが、足場又は支持構造に取り付けられていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、前記足場又は支持構造がカートに収容されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の導管トラックが異なる形状の導管トラックを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記コネクタチャネルが、前記各導管ドラックに形成されたスロットを具え、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、1対の保持タブを有する基部を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 医薬品、バイオプロセス、又は食品/乳製品の用途に使用される可撓性導管又はチューブ管理システムにおいて、
1又はそれ以上のコネクタと、端と端が互いに接続するように構成された複数の導管トラックであって、各導管トラックが、第1の側部に配置され、且つ各導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し、可撓性導管又はチューブを収容する大きさの導管チャネルを具え、各導管トラックが、対向する第2の側部に配置され、各導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し、前記1又はそれ以上のコネクタを収容するコネクタチャネルを具える、導管トラックと;
前記導管チャネルに配置された可撓性導管又はチューブと;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムが、前記可撓性導管又はチューブを収納し且つ1又はそれ以上の前記導管トラックに接続されたバルブ本体又はバルブアセンブリを更に具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記導管チャネルが、C字形状又は半環状であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、各コネクタチャネルが、前記導管チャネルから延在し且つ開放チャネル又はスロットを形成する1対の壁を具え、当該1対の壁が、その端部に配置された各保持タブをそれぞれ具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記1又はそれ以上のコネクタが、その長さに沿って延在し、且つ前記1対の壁及び前記保持タブと適合するように構成されている1対の保持部材を有する基部を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項9に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バルブ本体又はバルブアセンブリが取付けチャネルを具え、前記コネクタが、当該コネクタの長さに沿って延在し且つ前記取付けチャネルと適合するように構成された1対の保持部材を有する基部を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付けチャネルが、切欠きチャネルを具え、前記1対の保持部材が前記基部から延在する1対の壁を具え、当該1対の壁が、その端部に配置された保持タブをそれぞれ有し、前記各保持タブを有する壁が、前記切欠きチャネルと係合して前記バルブ本体又はバルブアセンブリを前記コネクタに固定していることを特徴とするシステム。
- 医薬品、バイオプロセス、又は食品/乳製品の用途に使用される可撓性導管又はチューブ管理システムにおいて、
ヒンジ部において互いに接続された第1の本体部と第2の本体部を有し、ヒンジで連結されたバルブ本体を具えるバルブであって、前記第1の本体部と前記第2の本体部が、閉鎖状態にあるとき、前記バルブ本体を通って延在する通路を画定し、前記バルブが、前記バルブ本体に配置され且つ前記通路の内外に選択的に移動するように構成された挟み込み要素を有するアクチュエータを更に具え、前記第1の本体部と前記第2の本体部の一方が、前記通路の方向に沿って配置され配向された取付けチャネルを具える、バルブと;
前記バルブ本体の通路を通って延在する可撓性導管又はチューブと;
前記バルブ本体の片側に配置された第1の導管トラックであって、前記第1の導管トラックが、当該第1の導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し且つ前記可撓性導管又はチューブを収容する大きさの導管チャネルを具え、前記第1の導管トラックの長さに沿って延在するコネクタチャネルを更に具える第1の導管トラックと;
前記バルブ本体の対向する側部に配置された第2の導管トラックであって、前記第2の導管トラックが、前記第2の導管トラックの長さに沿って延在し且つ前記可撓性導管又はチューブを収容する大きさの導管チャネルを具え、前記第2の導管トラックの長さに沿って延在するコネクタチャネルを更に具える第2の導管トラックと;
前記取付けチャネルに配置され、前記第1の導管トラックのコネクタチャネル及び前記第2の導管トラックのコネクタチャネルへ延在する少なくとも1つのコネクタであって、前記バルブ本体が前記コネクタに固定されている、少なくとも1つのコネクタと;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1及び第2の導管トラックの導管チャネルが、C字形状又は半環状であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1及び第2の導管トラックのコネクタチャネルが、開放チャネルを形成する1対の壁を具え、前記1対の壁が、その端部に配置された各保持タブをそれぞれ有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項17に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、その長さに沿って延在し且つ前記コネクタチャネルの1対の壁及び保持タブと適合するように構成されている1組の保持部材を有する基部を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、その長さに沿って延在し且つ前記取付けチャネルと適合するように構成されている1組の保持部材を有する基部を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項19に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付けチャネルが切欠きチャネルを具え、前記1対の保持部材が前記基部から延在する1対の壁を具え、当該1対の壁が、その端部に配置された保持タブをそれぞれ有し、前記各保持タブを有する壁が、前記切欠きチャネルと係合して前記バルブを前記剛性コネクタに固定することを特徴とするシステム。
