Abstract
Description
− レゾルシノール及び/又は式(I)のレゾルシノールエステル
すべての基R1は、同一であるか又は異なっていて、水素(レゾルシノールの場合)、又は直鎖状若しくは分岐状のC1〜C18−アルキル基、又はフェニル基、好ましくはメチル若しくはステアリルを表す]、
及び、
− 少なくとも1種の式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル
すべての基R2は、同一であるか又は異なり、水素、又は直鎖状若しくは分岐状のC1〜C4−アルキル基、又はフェニル基、好ましくは水素又はメチル、特に好ましくはメチルを表すが、ここで、5個以下、好ましくは4個以下、特に好ましくは3個以下、極めて特に好ましくは2個以下、最も好ましくは1個以下の基R2が水素を表す]、
及び/又は、ポリマー性の式(III)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル、
− 少なくとも1種の式(III)のスルフェンアミド
− 少なくとも1種のシリカベースの充填剤、好ましくは沈降法シリカ又は熱分解法シリカ、特に好ましくは沈降法シリカ。
− シリカ、特に沈降法シリカ又はヒュームドシリカ、好ましくはケイ酸塩の溶液を沈降させるか、又はハロゲン化ケイ素を火炎加水分解させて製造し、5〜1000、好ましくは20〜400m2/g(BET表面積)の比表面積と、10〜400nmの一次粒径とを有するもの。それらのシリカは、任意選択により、他の金属酸化物たとえば、Al、Mg、Ca、Ba、Zn、Zr、Tiの酸化物との混合酸化物の形態であってもよい。
− 合成ケイ酸塩、たとえばケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸アルカリ土類金属、たとえば、ケイ酸マグネシウム又はケイ酸カルシウムで、20〜400m2/gのBET表面積及び10〜400nmの一次粒子サイズを有するもの。及び/又は
− 天然のケイ酸塩たとえば、カオリン及びその他の天然産のシリカ。
BR:ポリブタジエン
ABR:ブタジエン/アクリル酸C1〜C4−アルキルコポリマー
CR:ポリクロロプレン
IR:ポリイソプレン
SBR:スチレン/ブタジエンコポリマー(スチレン含量が、1〜60質量%、好ましくは20〜50質量%)
IIR:イソブチレン/イソプレンコポリマー
NBR:ブタジエン/アクリロニトリルコポリマー(アクリロニトリル含量が5〜60質量%、好ましくは10〜50質量%)
HNBR:部分水素化又は完全水素化NBRゴム
EPDM:エチレン/プロピレン/ジエンコポリマー。
− シリカベースの充填剤を、最初に、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーで、次いで式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルで処理するか、又は
− シリカベースの充填剤を、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマー、及び式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルで同時に処理するか、又は
− シリカベースの充填剤を、最初に、式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルで、次いで式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーで処理するか、又は
− シリカベースの充填剤を、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーと、式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルとの混合物で処理するか、又は
− 式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルと、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーを、別個にそれぞれシリカベースの充填剤と混合し、次いでそれらの混合物を組み合わせる、そして
次いで、前記の充填剤を式(III)のスルフェンアミドと共にゴムに添加する。
接着システムの製造例:
参照混合物並びにゴム混合物1及び2を、以下のようにして製造した:
インターナルミキサー中で、天然ゴムを、接着性混合物1/接着性混合物2、次いでカーボンブラック及び鉱油と、順次混合した。投入物質と使用量は、表2から明らかである。インターナルミキサーの温度は90℃未満、接着剤成分の滞留時間は5分未満だった。
同一の試験を上述したようにしてさらに行って、混合物のスコーチ性能を測定することができる。選択した温度は130℃だった。ローターは、トルクの値が、最小値を過ぎてから、最小値よりも5ムーニー単位上になるまで運転した(t5)。この値(単位:秒)が大きいほど、その混合物のスコーチは遅い。実務上では、300秒より長いスコーチ時間が通常は有利であるが、加工稠度及びかかる時間の面から1000秒未満であるべきである。
切れ目によって損傷をうけた加硫物が引裂の伝播に抵抗する力を、引裂き抵抗という。その力は、N/mmの単位で表され、「Graves angle test」法(DIN 53515)に準拠して引張試験機を使用して測定した。
上述した混合物についての測定結果を表3にまとめた。
Claims (10)
- − レゾルシノール及び/又は式(I):
全ての基R1は、同一であるか又は異なり、水素、直鎖状若しくは分岐状のC1〜C18−アルキル基、又はフェニル基、好ましくはメチル若しくはステアリルを表す]
のレゾルシノールエステル、
及び、
− 少なくとも1種の、式(II):
全ての基R2は、同一であるか又は異なり、水素、又は直鎖状若しくは分岐状のC1〜C4−アルキル基、又はフェニル基、好ましくは水素又はメチル、特に好ましくはメチルを表し、ここで、5個以下、好ましくは4個以下、特に好ましくは3個以下、極めて特に好ましくは2個以下、最も好ましくは1個以下の基R2が水素を表す]
のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル、及び/又は、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテルのポリマー、
− 少なくとも1種の、式(III):
のスルフェンアミド、
− 少なくとも1種のシリカベースの充填剤、好ましくは沈降法シリカ又は熱分解法シリカ、特に好ましくは沈降法シリカ、
を含む、接着性混合物。 - 前記の式(III)のスルフェンアミドが、式中、x=0、y=1、及びz=2である化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着性混合物。
- 接着性混合物の合計量を基準にして、レゾルシノール及び/若しくは式(I)のレゾルシノールエステル、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はポリマーを合計した比率が、20〜80質量%、特に25〜55質量%であり、式(III)のスルフェンアミドの比率が、0.1〜10質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の接着性混合物。
- 接着性混合物がさらに、天然及び/又は合成ゴム、好ましくは天然ゴム、及び/又はポリブタジエン、ブタジエン/C1〜C4−アクリル酸アルキルコポリマー、ポリクロロプレン、ポリイソプレン、スチレン/ブタジエンコポリマー(スチレン含量1〜60質量%のもの)、イソブチレン/イソプレンコポリマー、ブタジエン/アクリロニトリルコポリマー(アクリロニトリル含量5〜60質量%)、部分水素化NBRゴム及び完全水素化NBRゴム、及びエチレン/プロピレン/ジエンコポリマー、並びにそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される合成ゴムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着性混合物。
- 請求項4に記載の接着性混合物を製造するためのプロセスであって、
− シリカベースの充填剤を、最初に、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーで処理し、次いでレゾルシノール及び/又は式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルで処理するか、又は
− 前記シリカベースの充填剤を、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーと、式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルで同時に処理するか、又は
− 前記シリカベースの充填剤を、最初に、式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルと共に仕込み、次いで式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーで処理するか、又は
− 前記シリカベースの充填剤を、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーと、式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルとの混合物で処理するか、又は
− 式(I)のレゾルシノールエステルと、式(II)のメラミンホルムアルデヒドエーテル及び/又はそれらのポリマーとを、それぞれ別個に前記シリカベースの充填剤と混合し、次いで前記混合物を組み合せ、
次いで前記充填剤を、式(III)のスルフェンアミドと共にゴムに添加する、
ことを特徴とする、プロセス。 - ゴム混合物中の、好ましくは硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物中の、特に好ましくは天然及び/又は合成ゴムを含むゴム混合物中の接着促進剤としての、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着性混合物の使用。
- 請求項4に記載の接着性混合物を、100℃〜200℃のブレンド温度、好ましくは130℃〜180℃のブレンド温度で加硫させることによって得られる加硫物。
- 請求項7に記載の加硫物を製造するためのプロセスであって、請求項4に記載の接着性混合物を、100℃〜200℃のブレンド温度、好ましくは130℃〜180℃のブレンド温度で加硫させることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項7に記載の加硫物を含む複合材料物品。
- タイヤ、コンベヤベルト、あらゆるタイプのベルト、Vベルト、強化ホース、消防ホース、又はコーテッドファブリックから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の複合材料物品。
