Claims (15)
- 下記化学式1の構造を有する、
ジアミン:
[化学式1]
Z1からZ8は、それぞれ独立して炭素原子または窒素原子であるが、Z1からZ8が同時に窒素原子ではなく、
R1、R2、R3、R4は、それぞれ独立して炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、炭素数1〜10のハロアルキル基、炭素数1〜10のアルケニル基、及び炭素数6〜18のアリール基のうちから選択されるものであり、
n1、n2、n3、n4は、それぞれ独立して0〜4の整数であり、
Xは、単一結合、O、S、S−S、C(=O)、−C(=O)O−、CH(OH)、S(=O)2、Si(CH3)2、CR'R''、C(=O)NH、及びこれらの組合わせからなる群から選択された官能基であり、
前記R'及びR''は、それぞれ独立して水素原子、炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、及び炭素数1〜10のフルオロアルキル基からなる群から選択される。 - Z1からZ4のうち1つ以上は、必ず炭素原子であり、
Z5からZ8のうち1つ以上は、必ず炭素原子である、
請求項1に記載のジアミン。 - n1及びn2は、それぞれ独立して0であるか、
R1及びR2は、それぞれ独立して炭素数1〜5のアルキル基または炭素数1〜5のハロアルキル基である、
請求項1または2に記載のジアミン。 - Z1からZ4が、いずれも炭素原子である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のジアミン。 - Z1からZ4のうち1つ以上が、窒素原子であるか、
Z5からZ8のうち1つ以上が、窒素原子である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のジアミン。 - Z1からZ4のうち1つ以上が、窒素原子であり、
Z5からZ8のうち1つ以上が、窒素原子である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のジアミン。 - Xが、単一結合、−O−、−CH2−、−C(CF3)−、−C(CH3)2−または−SO2−である、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のジアミン。 - 1種以上のジアミン及び1種以上の酸二無水物を含む重合成分を重合させて得られるポリイミド前駆体であって、
前記ジアミンが、請求項1から請求項8のうち何れか一項に記載のジアミンを含む、
ポリイミド前駆体。 - 請求項9に記載のポリイミド前駆体を用いて製造された、
ポリイミドフィルム。 - 請求項9に記載の前記ポリイミド前駆体を含むポリイミド前駆体組成物をキャリア基板上に塗布する段階と、
前記ポリイミド前駆体組成物を加熱及び硬化する段階と、
を含む方法で製造された、
ポリイミドフィルム。 - 請求項10に記載のポリイミドフィルムを基板として含む、
フレキシブルデバイス。 - 請求項9に記載のポリイミド前駆体を含むポリイミド前駆体組成物をキャリア基板上に塗布する段階と、
前記ポリイミド前駆体組成物を加熱してポリアミド酸をイミド化することにより、ポリイミドフィルムを形成する段階と、
前記ポリイミドフィルム上に素子を形成する段階と、
前記素子が形成されたポリイミドフィルムを前記キャリア基板から剥離する段階と、
を含む、
フレキシブルデバイスの製造工程。 - 前記製造工程が、LTPS(低温ポリシリコン)工程、ITO工程またはOxide工程を含む、
請求項13に記載のフレキシブルデバイスの製造工程。 - 下記化学式iと化学式iiとの化合物を反応させて化学式iiiの化合物を得る段階と、
前記化学式iiiの化合物と化学式ivの化合物とを反応させて化学式vの化合物を得る段階と、
前記化学式vの化合物を還元させる段階と、
を含む、
化学式1の構造を有するジアミンを製造する方法:
前記化学式において、
ZaからZdは、それぞれ独立して炭素原子または窒素原子であるが、ZaからZdが同時に窒素原子ではなく、
R1、R2、Raは、それぞれ独立して炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、炭素数1〜10のハロアルキル基、炭素数1〜10のアルケニル基、及び炭素数6〜18のアリール基のうちから選択されるものであり、
n1、n2及びnは、それぞれ独立して0〜4の整数であり、
Xは、単一結合、O、S、S−S、C(=O)、−C(=O)O−、CH(OH)、S(=O)2、Si(CH3)2、CR'R''、C(=O)NH、及びこれらの組合わせからなる群から選択された官能基であり、
前記R'及びR''は、それぞれ独立して水素原子、炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、及び炭素数1〜10のフルオロアルキル基からなる群から選択される。
