Claims (18)
- 栓体要素(3)を備えた、薬剤容器(45)を密閉するための栓体装置(1)であって、該栓体装置(1)は、前記薬剤容器(45)を、該薬剤容器(45)の中心軸(M)の軸線方向で密閉するように形成されており、前記栓体装置(1)が、前記薬剤容器(45)内に少なくとも部分的に導入可能であり、前記栓体要素(3)が、前記薬剤容器(45)内における意図された設置位置で、前記薬剤容器(45)の前記中心軸(M)に沿って移動可能に形成されている、栓体装置(1)において、
前記栓体装置(1)が、少なくとも1つの保持手段(5)を備えた保持領域(23)を有していて、前記栓体装置(1)の第1の機能状態では、閉鎖要素(7)と前記栓体要素(3)との間に中空室(29)が形成されているように、前記閉鎖要素(7)が、前記保持手段(5)によって、前記栓体要素(3)に対して位置固定的に、特に前記栓体要素(3)に保持位置で解除可能に保持されていることを特徴とする、栓体装置(1)。 - 前記中空室(29)が、前記第1の機能状態では、前記薬剤容器(45)の壁、特に内壁(53)に対して流体的に密閉されている、請求項1に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記中空室(29)が、第2の機能状態では開いていて、前記閉鎖要素(7)が、前記保持手段(5)によって前記保持位置に保持されていない、請求項1または請求項2に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記閉鎖要素(7)が、前記薬剤容器(45)のための混合体として形成されている、および/または前記第2の機能状態では、前記薬剤容器(45)内で自由に運動可能であるように配置されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記栓体要素(3)が、前記第1の機能状態において、前記閉鎖要素(7)に面した側に、少なくとも部分的に前記閉鎖要素(7)の方向に配向された押し出し突起(63)を有している、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記押し出し突起(63)が、少なくとも前記栓体装置(1)の突き出し状態において、前記閉鎖要素(7)に面した側および/または先端部で前記閉鎖要素(7)に当接されている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記閉鎖要素(7)が、少なくとも1つの第1の係止手段を有していて、前記栓体装置(1)の前記保持手段(5)が、前記第1の係止手段に対応して形成された少なくとも1つの第2の係止手段を有していて、該第2の係止手段が、前記保持領域(23)において、前記栓体要素(3)の、前記閉鎖要素(7)に面した側に配置されていて、前記第1の係止手段と前記第2の係止手段とが、前記第1の機能状態で係止方式にて互いに係合している、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記栓体装置(1)が、前記栓体要素(3)を取り囲む差込みスリーブ(15)を有していて、好適にはスリーブ壁の外面が、前記薬剤容器(45)の内壁(53)に密に当接されるように形成されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記差込みスリーブ(15)が、指掛け体として形成されていて、近位端において、半径方向に突出した少なくとも1つの指用プレート(19)を有していて、該指用プレート(19)が、指によって裏側から係合可能であるように形成されている、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 前記差込みスリーブ(15)が、前記薬剤容器(45)に前記差込みスリーブ(15)を取り付けるための取付け構造(41)を有していて、該取付け構造(41)が、好適には、前記薬剤容器(45)のための収容部(43)を有していて、該収容部(43)内に、前記薬剤容器(45)の近位端(49)が係止方式および/またはクランプ方式にて収容可能である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)。
- 基体(47)と、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)とを備えた薬剤容器であって、前記栓体装置(1)は、栓体要素(3)が前記薬剤容器(45)の近位端(49)を前記基体(47)のチャンバ(51)に対して密閉するように、前記薬剤容器(45)内へ部分的に移動させられて配置されていて、前記チャンバ(51)が、半径方向では前記基体(47)の内壁(53)により画定されていて、遠位方向では前記基体(47)の出口開口(55)および/または閉鎖キャップ(57)により画定されている、薬剤容器。
- 前記基体(47)の前記出口開口(55)が、少なくとも前記チャンバ(51)に面した側に、前記閉鎖要素(7)の前記出口開口に面した側とは異なっている幾何学形状、特に十字形の横断面(60)を有していて、前記閉鎖要素(7)による前記出口開口(55)の流体的に密な閉鎖を阻止する、請求項11に記載の薬剤容器。
- 押し出し装置(67)が設けられていて、該押し出し装置(67)の遠位端(71)に、凸部(73)が設けられている、請求項11または請求項12に記載の薬剤容器。
- 前記栓体要素(3)が、弾性的に形成されていて、該栓体要素(3)は、前記押し出し装置(67)の前記凸部(73)によって、前記押し出し装置(67)に遠位方向で特に手動の圧力を加えることにより変形可能であり、前記栓体要素(3)の押し出し突起(63)が、前記閉鎖要素(7)の押し出しのために必要となる圧力に相当する強度よりも大きな軸線方向の強度を有している、請求項11から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤容器。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の栓体装置(1)を備えた請求項11から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤容器(45)内で流体的に互いに分離されて保管された2つの物質(31,59)を混合する方法であって、前記2つの物質(31,59)のうちの第1の物質(31)が、前記栓体装置(1)の中空室(29)内に配置されていて、前記2つの物質(31,59)のうちの第2の物質(59)が、基体(47)のチャンバ(51)内に配置されており、栓体要素(3)に遠位方向で力を加え、前記両物質(31,59)の流体的な分離を解消する方法において、
閉鎖要素(7)が保持位置から外れるように移動させられるまで、前記栓体装置(1)、特に前記栓体要素(3)を、前記遠位方向に力を加えることに基づいて少なくとも部分的に変形させることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記栓体要素(3)を遠位方向に移動させ、前記両物質(31,59)の流体的な分離を解消し、前記保持領域(23)が、前記栓体装置(1)の遠位方向への移動中に半径方向に緩和し、前記保持位置における前記閉鎖要素(7)の保持を解除する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記薬剤容器(45)を、前記中空室(29)の開放後に揺らす、請求項15または請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記栓体装置(1)を、前記2つの物質(31,59)の完全な押し出しのために、前記薬剤容器(45)内で末端位置へと移動させ、前記閉鎖要素(7)を前記末端位置において前記中空室(29)内に収容し、前記中空室(29)を前記閉鎖要素(7)によって完全に塞ぐ、請求項15から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
