Claims (17)

- 熱硬化性の前記マトリックス材料が第1温度未満で固体状態にあり、前記温度を超えると柔らかく粘着性であり、前記マトリックス材料が、第2温度を超えてある時間加熱されると不可逆的に硬化し、前記第1温度が20℃以上であり、前記第2温度が前記第1温度よりも高い、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシート。
- 前記マトリックス材料が、連続又は不連続の線の形態で提供され、前記繊維の方向とは異なる方向に少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシート。
- 前記マトリックス材料が、分離されたドット又はスペックルの形態で提供される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシート。
- 前記熱硬化性又は熱可塑性のマトリックス材料が、前記繊維補強体の少なくとも1つの面に取り付けられた、層の形態で提供され、前記層には、前記層を通して前記補強体の繊維を露出させるための細孔又は開口部が設けられている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシート。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシートを少なくとも2つ備える多層構成体であって、前記プリプレグシートが少なくとも部分的に互いに重なり合って配置され、前記重なり合うプリプレグシートが、相互に異なる方向に配向されたそれらの繊維を有する、多層構成体。
- 前記プリプレグシートの少なくともいくつかは、前記多層構成体の全幅及び/又は全長にわたって延びるテープである、請求項14に記載の多層構成体。
- 前記プリプレグシートの少なくともいくつかは、短いテープであり、好ましくは5〜80mmの長さ及び2〜30mmの幅を有する短いテープであり、最も好ましくは20〜50mmの長さ及び5〜20mmの幅を有する短いテープである、請求項15に記載の多層構成体。
- 複合材料の製造のための請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグシートの使用。
