Abstract
【解決手段】積層成形体1は、マトリックスとなる熱硬化性樹脂材料中に補強繊維材料が分散している厚さ20〜80μmの繊維補強層SR1〜SRnを積層し、繊維補強層を積層した積層部分(例えば、上側のSR1及びSR1の積層部分)と、繊維補強層の層間に樹脂層を積層した積層部分(例えば、上側のSR2、TP1及びSR3の積層部分)とを含んでいる。

Description
異なる角度だけずれるように設定されて、異なる軸方向となるように積層されている。そして、繊維補強層を積層した積層部分として、繊維補強層が直接積層した部分(例えば、上側のSR1及びSR2の積層部分)が形成されており、繊維補強層の層間に樹脂層を積層した積層部分として、繊維補強層、樹脂層及び繊維補強層を積層した部分(例えば、上側のSR2、TP1及びSR3の積層部分)が形成されている。

Claims (7)
- マトリックスとなる樹脂材料の中に補強繊維材料が分散している繊維補強層を積層した積層成形体であって、前記繊維補強層は、20〜80μmの厚さに設定されており、前記繊維補強層を積層した積層部分と、前記繊維補強層の層間に樹脂層を積層した積層部分とを含む積層成形体。
- 前記繊維補強層は、軸方向が異なる方向に設定されるように積層されており、設定されたすべての方向の前記繊維補強層に隣接して前記樹脂層が配置されている請求項1に記載の積層成形体。
- 前記繊維補強層は、前記補強繊維材料の軸方向が一方向である請求項1又は2に記載の積層成形体。
- 積層された複数の前記繊維補強層は、多軸補強シート材を用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の積層成形体。
- 前記樹脂層を構成する樹脂の中に、粉体、繊維およびフィルムの少なくとも1つが分散していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の積層成形体。
- 前記樹脂材料および前記樹脂層が熱硬化性樹脂材料であ
って、前記樹脂層の中に熱可塑性樹脂材料が分散されている請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の積層成形体。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の積層成形体を一部に積層している複合成形体。
