0.9827gのBaCO3、0.3781gのNH4H2PO4、及び0.0038gのMnCO3を化学量論的に秤量すること、
メノウ乳鉢又はボールミルで粉末を混合し、そして粉砕すること、
該混合物を、空気中、400℃で4時間、そして引き続き1300℃で8時間、焼結すること、
該混合物を再び取り出し、そして粉砕すること。

Claims (17)
- 太陽放射を変換する為のデバイスであって、
ドープされたホスト物質を含む無機発光物質と、
ここで、前記ドープされたホスト物質は、太陽光スペクトルのUVバンド、可視バンド、及び/又は近赤外線バンド(の一部)の放射を、所定の近赤外線バンド、好ましくは1150nm〜1250nm、より好ましくは1180nm〜1200nm、の近赤外線バンド(Mn5+の射出ピーク周囲のバンド)の放射に変換する為にMn5+イオンでドープされている;又は、
ここで、前記ドープされたホスト物質は、元素Al、Si、O及びN(SiAlON)を含み、及び、前記ドープされたホスト物質は、太陽光スペクトルのUVバンド、可視バンド、及び/又は近赤外線バンド(の一部)の放射を、所定の可視赤色バンド、好ましくは650nm〜800nmの波長の可視赤色バンド(Mn2+の射出ピーク周囲のバンド)の放射に、及び/又は所定の近赤外線バンド、好ましくは1100〜1200nm、より好ましくは1130nm〜1150nm、の波長の近赤外線バンド(Tm2+の射出ピーク周辺のバンド)の放射に、変換する為にSm2+及び/又はTm2+イオンでドープされている;並びに、
