Description
Claims (36)
- ある期間にわたる製品への電磁界の適用を可能にして、前記製品の状態を変更するための装置であって、少なくとも1つの支持台と、前記製品が位置する容器とを含み、前記支持台は、パルス電磁界(PEMF)の生成のための1つ以上のモジュールを含み、前記支持台は、前記PEMFの前記生成を制御するための制御手段を含むか又はそれに接続され、生成される前記パルス電磁界に前記製品が暴露されることを可能にするように前記製品に対して配置可能である、装置。
- 前記製品の成分の混和を促すために前記PEMFの伝送を可能にするように提供される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、放出される前記PEMFの周波数及びデジタルシーケンスを、その時点で前記容器内に保持される前記製品の誘電特性及び/他の特性に対応するように制御する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記支持台に提供された集積回路の形態で提供される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、デバイスからの前記PEMFの前記生成の使用者制御を可能にするためのソフトウェアベースのユーザインタフェースによって順番に動作可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台及び/又は前記モジュールは、前記容器内に保持される前記製品が前記PEMFに暴露されることを可能にするように前記容器に対して位置付け可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記モジュールは、PEMFの増加した範囲及び/又は強度を提供するために、固定された配列又は配置で前記支持台に提供される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、前記容器の外部に位置し、前記PEMFは、前記製品が位置する前記容器の1つ以上の壁を通して前記製品に適用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも、前記PEMFを生成するための前記1つ又はモジュールを含む前記支持台の部分は、前記容器の内部に位置する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の支持台は、前記PEMFへの均一な暴露を提供するために、前記容器内の異なる場所に位置する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、前記容器の1つ以上の壁によって形成されており、及び前記モジュールは、前記1つ以上の壁の一部として取り付けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、前記容器の1つ以上の壁内に位置する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、前記1つ以上のモジュールが位置するハウジングの形態で提供される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、前記モジュールが位置するシート材として提供される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台は、使用のために滅菌形態で提供され、かつ単回使用のために提供される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記モジュールは、特定の周波数範囲内の前記PEMFの無線近距離通信を可能にするためのアンテナ及び送信機を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記特定の周波数範囲は、工業用、科学的及び医療用(ISM)近距離無線周波数帯である、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記周波数は、2.4GHzである、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記送信機は、最大15メートルの距離の前記PEMFを生成することが可能である、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、継続時間において0.5〜1.5msの範囲内のパルスでの前記PEMFの伝送を可能にする、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パルスは、40〜66msの範囲内の休止期間によって離隔される、請求項20に記載の装置。
- PEMFパルスは、毎秒12〜20パルスの範囲内で放出される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持台及び/又は前記支持台に位置する前記モジュールは、前記製品に対して無指向性的に前記PEMFを生成するように前記容器に対して配置される、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記モジュールは、パーソナルエリアネットワークシステムデバイスに基づく、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 製品の状態の変化のための方法であって、第1の状態にあるとき、前記製品の前記第1の状態を、後の使用又は更なるプロセシングのための所望の更なる製品に変えるために、所定の周波数においてかつ所定の期間にわたって1つ以上のモジュールから前記製品にパルス電磁界を適用する工程を含む方法。
- 前記状態の変化は、発酵の実施及び/又は前記製品の細胞培養システムの進展の結果としてのものである、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記PEMFは、前記製品の要素又は原料の形態における前記製品の1つ以上の成分の前記状態の変化を可能にする、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記PEMFは、発酵及び/又は前記製品における細胞培養の進展を生じさせるように前記製品の処理の段階として適用される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記状態の変化は、前記製品のプロセシング工程が行われる速度を増加させることである、請求項25〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセシング工程は、細胞培養の進展である、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記PEMFは、哺乳類の細胞培養の増殖の速度を増加させるために適用される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記製品に対するPEMFの前記適用は、前記製品のプロセシングの他の段階中に意図的に使用されない、請求項25〜31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記PEMFは、特定の製品及び/又は前記製品の量に関して決定される所定の期間にわたって適用される、請求項25〜32のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- PEMF周波数は、工業用、科学的及び医療用目的に使用される電磁スペクトルの帯域幅内である、請求項25〜33のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電磁エネルギーは、継続時間において0.5〜1.5msの範囲内のパルスで送達される、請求項25〜34のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パルスは、範囲内の休止期間によって離隔され、前記パルスは、40〜66msの範囲内の休止期間によって離隔される、請求項35に記載の方法。
