Claims (18)
- 発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンをマイクロ波によって形成し、前記発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンは発泡性組成物をスクリュー造粒機によって発泡造粒して形成されたことを特徴とする、マイクロ波成型体であって、
前記発泡性組成物は、以下:100重量部の未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子、5重量部〜25重量部の発泡剤、および0.5重量部〜5重量部の増粘剤または架橋剤を含み、前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子は1,000ポアズ〜9,000ポアズの粘度を有し、前記粘度はJISK 7311測定方法に準じて170℃で測定された、マイクロ波成形体。 - 前記マイクロ波形成体の密度が、0.15 g/cm3〜0.6 g/cm3であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波形成体。
- 前記マイクロ波形成体のショアー硬度が、40C〜80Cであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ波形成体。
- 前記増粘剤が、無機増粘剤、ポリアクリル酸類増粘剤、またはセルロース類増粘剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記架橋剤が、過酸化ジクミル(DCP)、過酸化ベンゾイル、過酸化ジ-tert-ブチル、または過酸化水素ジクミル2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ-tert-ブチルペルオキシヘキサンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記無機増稠剤が、ベントナイトまたはケイ酸アルミニウムから選択され、前記ポリアクリル酸類増稠剤が、アクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸またはメタクリル酸のカルボン酸類モノマーから形成される増稠剤から選択され、前記ポリアクリル酸類増稠剤が、メチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、またはヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースから形成される増稠剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が、2.5〜4.5 mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が、40A〜64Dのショアー硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が、1.0 g/cm3〜1.25 g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 100重量部の前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子および5重量部〜20重量部の前記発泡剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記発泡剤が、膨張性微小球、炭酸ガス(CO2)、または炭素数が4〜10の炭化水素化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- さらに0.1重量部〜5重量部のタルクを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 1重量部〜20重量部の可塑剤をさらに含み、前記可塑剤が安息香酸エステルまたはその誘導体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- さらに着色料粉を含み、100重量部の前記未発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子に基づき、前記着色料粉は0.1重量部〜5重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- さらに1重量部〜5重量部の前記増粘剤または前記架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
- 前記マイクロ波形成体が、500 W〜30, 000 Wのマイクロ波パワーによって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波形成体。
- 前記マイクロ波プロセスにおいて水が加えられないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波形成体。
- 前記マイクロ波プロセスにおいて水またはアルコール類を添加し、前記発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンの総重量が100重量部であり、前記水またはアルコール類の用量が1重量部〜10重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波成形体。
