Abstract
Description
ドライブシャフトを有する電気モータと、
前記ドライブシャフトの回転運動を、前記ブレーキの油圧マスタシリンダに作用させるように構成された並進可能部の並進運動に変換するように、前記駆動シャフトに連結された変換機構と、
前記変換機構を収容するとともに前記電気モータの第2ハウジングを支持するように構成された第1ハウジングであって、前記変換機構は、前記ドライブシャフトの回転運動を減速するように構成された減速ギヤを有し、前記減速ギヤは一つの部品として回転しないように固定された内歯付クラウンを有する、第1ハウジング(5)、を備えている。
前記ドライブシャフトの前記軸に対して及び前記減速ギヤの中心軸に対して前記電気モータと前記減速ギヤを正確に中心合わせするように、前記内歯付クラウンは、前記電気モータの前記第2ハウジングに直接連結されて挿入された前部と、前記変換機構の前記第1ハウジングに一体化された連結部とを有する。
Claims (12)
- ブレーキキャリパ、特に、2つ又はそれ以上の車輪を有する乗物のディスクブレーキを作動する電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)であって、
ドライブシャフト(2)を有する電気モータ(1)と、
前記ドライブシャフトの回転運動を、前記ブレーキの油圧マスタシリンダに作用させるように構成された並進可能部(4)の並進運動に変換するように、前記駆動シャフト(2)に連結された変換機構(3)と、
前記変換機構(3)を収容するとともに前記電気モータ(1)の第2ハウジング(21)を支持するように構成された第1ハウジング(5)であって、前記変換機構は、前記ドライブシャフト(2)の回転運動を減速するように構成された減速ギヤ(6;36)を有し、前記減速ギヤ(6;36)は一つの部品として回転しないように固定された内歯付クラウン(12;32)を有する、第1ハウジング(5)を備えたアクチュエータにおいて、
前記ドライブシャフト(2)の前記軸に対して及び前記減速ギヤ(6;36)の中心軸(X)に対して前記電気モータ(1)と前記減速ギヤ(6;36)を正確に中心合わせするように、前記内歯付クラウン(12;32)は、前記電気モータ(1)の前記第2ハウジングに直接連結されて挿入された前部(42;62)と、前記変換機構(3)の前記第1ハウジング(5)に一体化された連結部とを有することを特徴とする、電気油圧式アクチュエータ。 - 前記一体化された連結部は、前記内歯付きクラウン(12)の後部(43)と前記変換機構(3)の前記第1ハウジング(5)との間に直接結合されて挿入される、請求項1に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。
- 前記一体化された連結部は、前記内歯付クラウン(32)と前記第1ハウジングが一つの部品となった材料の連続性によって作られている、請求項1に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。
- 前記内歯付クラウン(12)は鋼で作られている、請求項2に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。
- 前記内歯付クラウン(32)は、熱可塑性ポリマー材料で作られている、請求項3に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。
- 前記内歯付きクラウン(12;32)は、前記変換機構(3)の前記第1ハウジング(5)に対して、及び/又は、前記電気モータ(1)の前記第2ハウジング(21)に対して、前記クラウン(12;32)が回転するのを防止するように構成された手段(44;65)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。
- 前記内歯付クラウン(12)の回転を防止する上述の手段は、ギザギザの付いた帯部(44)を有し、
前記帯部(44)は、前記クラウンの外周面(45)に設けられ、前記変換機構(3)の前記第1ハウジング(5)と干渉するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ.(100)。 - 前記内歯付クラウン(12)の回転を防止する上述の手段は、前記クラウンの外周面(64)から突出する少なくとも3つの固定部(65)を有し、
前記固定部は、前記クラウン(32)を前記変換機構の前記第1ハウジング(5)に固定するために、それぞれねじが係合するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ.(100)。 - 前記内歯付きクラウン(32)は、少なくとも3つの窪み(63)を有し、
前記3つの窪み(63)は、前記クラウンの前記前部(62)の縁に沿って、120°等間隔に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。 - 前記減速ギヤ(6;36)は、遊星ギヤで、第1減速部(10)を有し、
前記第1減速部(10)は、前記内歯付クラウン(12;32)と動作上関係する第1減速段と第2減速段を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。 - 前記遊星減速ギヤ(6;36)は第2減速部(11)を有し、
前記第2減速部(11)は第3減速段を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)。 - 油圧スラストユニットと請求項1〜11のいずれかの電気油圧式アクチュエータ(100)を有する、乗物用の油圧ブレーキ。
