Claims (15)
- 二次電池の電圧、電流及び温度をそれぞれ測定する電圧測定部、電流測定部及び温度測定部と、
前記電圧測定部、前記電流測定部及び前記温度測定部と動作可能に結合された充電制御部とを含み、
前記充電制御部は、
二次電池の充電が始まる前に、前記電圧測定値、前記電流測定値及び前記温度測定値に基づいて二次電池の充電状態と開放電圧を推定する制御ロジックと、
少なくとも二次電池の内部抵抗、電流測定値及び前記推定された開放電圧から二次電池の分極電圧を決定する制御ロジックと、
前記推定された開放電圧と予め定義された開放電圧最低値との差に該当する開放電圧偏差を決定する制御ロジックと、
分極電圧及び開放電圧偏差と補正ファクターとの間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して、前記決定された分極電圧と前記決定された開放電圧偏差に対応する補正ファクターを決定する制御ロジックと、
前記補正ファクターによって前記推定された充電状態を補正してルックアップ充電状態を決定する制御ロジックと、
充電状態及び温度と充電電流の大きさとの間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して、前記ルックアップ充電状態と前記温度測定値に対応する充電電流の大きさを決定する制御ロジックと、
前記決定された充電電流の大きさに相応する充電電流が二次電池に印加されるように前記決定された充電電流を充電装置に提供する制御ロジックとを含むプロセスを行うように構成された、二次電池のステップ充電制御装置。 - 前記充電制御部は、
二次電池が放電モードまたは休止モードである間に、拡張カルマンフィルターを用いて前記電圧測定値、前記電流測定値及び前記温度測定値から二次電池の充電状態を周期的に決定し、前記決定された複数の充電状態のうち充電が開始される直前に推定された充電状態を補正して前記ルックアップ充電状態を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御装置。 - 前記充電制御部は、充電状態と開放電圧との間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して前記推定された充電状態に対応する開放電圧を推定するように構成された、請求項2に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御装置。
- 前記充電制御部は、前記開放電圧偏差に比例するように前記補正ファクターを決定し、前記分極電圧に反比例するように前記補正ファクターを決定するように構成された、請求項6に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御装置を含む電気駆動装置。
- (a)二次電池の放電モードまたは休止モードで二次電池の電圧、電流及び温度を測定する段階と、
(b)二次電池の充電が始まる前に、前記電圧測定値、前記電流測定値及び前記温度測定値に基づいて二次電池の充電状態と開放電圧を推定する段階と、
(c)少なくとも二次電池の内部抵抗、電流測定値及び前記推定された開放電圧から二次電池の分極電圧を決定する段階と、
(d)前記推定された開放電圧と予め定義された開放電圧最低値との差に該当する開放電圧偏差を決定する段階と、
(e)分極電圧及び開放電圧偏差と補正ファクターとの間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して、前記決定された分極電圧と前記決定された開放電圧偏差に対応する補正ファクターを決定する段階と、
(f)前記補正ファクターによって前記推定された充電状態を補正してルックアップ充電状態を決定する段階と、
(g)充電状態及び温度と充電電流の大きさとの間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して、前記ルックアップ充電状態と前記温度測定値に対応する充電電流の大きさを決定する段階と、
(h)前記決定された充電電流の大きさに相応する充電電流が二次電池に印加されるように前記決定された充電電流を充電装置に提供する段階とを含む、二次電池のステップ充電制御方法。 - 前記(b)段階において、二次電池が放電モードまたは休止モードである間に、拡張カルマンフィルターを用いて前記電圧測定値、前記電流測定値及び前記温度測定値から二次電池の充電状態を周期的に決定し、
前記(f)段階において、前記決定された複数の充電状態のうち充電が開始される直前に推定された充電状態を補正して前記ルックアップ充電状態を決定する、請求項9に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御方法。 - 前記(b)段階において、充電状態と開放電圧との間の予め定義された相関関係を参照して前記推定された充電状態に対応する開放電圧を推定する、請求項10に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御方法。
- 前記(e)段階において、前記開放電圧偏差に比例するように前記補正ファクターを決定し、前記分極電圧に反比例するように前記補正ファクターを決定する、請求項14に記載の二次電池のステップ充電制御方法。
