Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の長手方向の一側をカバーする前方バスバーフレーム、前記セル積層体の前記長手方向の他側をカバーする後方バスバーフレーム、及び前記セル積層体の上面の少なくとも一部をカバーする上部カバー、を含むバスバーフレームアセンブリーと、
前記後方バスバーフレームから前記前方バスバーフレームに向かう方向またはその反対方向に沿って前記バスバーフレームアセンブリーに結合して前記セル積層体及び前記バスバーフレームアセンブリーを収容するモジュールフレームと、を含み、
前記前方バスバーフレームは、上端に突出して形成される少なくとも一つの第1上部ガイド及び側部に突出して形成される少なくとも一つの第1側部ガイドを備え、前記後方バスバーフレームは、上端に突出して形成される少なくとも一つの第2上部ガイド及び側部に突出して形成される少なくとも一つの第2側部ガイドを備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1上部ガイドは、前記前方バスバーフレームの前記上端と前記モジュールフレームの内側面との間に介在され、前記第1側部ガイドは、前記前方バスバーフレームの前記側部と前記モジュールフレームの前記内側面との間に介在され、
前記第2上部ガイドは、前記後方バスバーフレームの前記上端と前記モジュールフレームの前記内側面との間に介在され、前記第2側部ガイドは、前記後方バスバーフレームの前記側部と前記モジュールフレームの前記内側面との間に介在されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記前方バスバーフレームは、前記上部カバーの長手方向の一側端部にヒンジ結合し、前記後方バスバーフレームは、前記上部カバーの前記長手方向の他側端部にヒンジ結合することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部カバーは、
前記第1上部ガイド及び前記第2上部ガイドを収容する複数のガイド収容溝を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ガイド収容溝は、
前記上部カバーの前記長手方向の前記一側端部及び前記他側端部から内側に向かって凹んだ切欠き形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ガイド収容溝は、
前記前方バスバーフレーム及び前記後方バスバーフレームがヒンジ結合した部位を中心にして回動し、前記上部カバーと並んで広げられたとき、前記第1上部ガイド及び前記第2上部ガイドが前記上部カバーと干渉しないように、前記第1上部ガイド及び前記第2上部ガイドの突出高さと対応する深さに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1上部ガイド及び前記第2上部ガイドは、
上端エッジが面取りされて形成された斜面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1上部ガイドに形成された斜面と前記第2上部ガイドに形成された斜面とが、同じ方向に向かうことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1上部ガイドに形成された前記斜面及び前記第2上部ガイドに形成された前記斜面は、前記バッテリーモジュールの長手方向における一側または他側に向かうことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
