前記セルアセンブリー及び前記内部カバーが内部に挿入されるモジュールハウジングと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記プレート部は、横たえた形態の四角プレートであり、前方向、後方向、左方向、及び右方向の各々の端部には面取り部が形成され、
前記面取り部は、前記プレート部の末端部へ進むほど内側方向へ傾いた構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、両端が開放された管状の構造であり、
前記モジュールハウジングの開放された両端には面取り部が形成され、
前記面取り部は、両端へ進むほど外側方向へ傾いた構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングの内側面には、内側方向へ突出し、前記モジュールハウジングの開放された両端へ長く延びた線状突起が形成され、
前記内部カバーのプレート部の外側面には、前記線状突起が挿入されて移動可能に内側方向へ凹み、前記線状突起が延びた方向へ長く延びたガイド溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームの本体部の一端部には、前記内部カバーの結合部とヒンジ結合構造で結合する締結部が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームの本体部は、内側方向へ突出した形態の突出部が備えられ、
前記内部カバーのプレート部は、前記バスバーフレームと結合した一端部に前記突出部が挿入されるように内側方向へ凹んだ挿入溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、保護回路モジュールをさらに含み、
前記保護回路モジュールは、
前後方向へ長く延びた形態であり、導線パターンが形成された印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板の前後方向の両端部に形成され、前記二次電池の電圧を測定するように導線を備えた電圧センシング端子と、を備え、
前記内部カバーのプレート部の内側下面には、前記印刷回路基板の少なくとも一部が挿入されるように内部に凹んだ凹み部が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームの本体部の下端には、前記セルアセンブリーの一部を上方へ支持するように内側方向へ突出して延びた支持板が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持板は、内側方向へ進むほど前記支持板の少なくとも一部の幅が次第に減少して中央部分が鋭くなる端部ラインを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持板は、内側方向の末端へ進むほど厚さが薄くなる傾斜構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項8または請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
