- モータロータ装置であって、
ロータコアおよび結合要素を有し、前記結合要素は、前記ロータコアに埋め込まれ、
前記ロータコアには第1の空気副溝が設けられ、前記第1の空気副溝は第1の歯および第1のスロットを有し、前記結合要素は第2の歯および第2のスロットを有し、
前記第1の歯は前記第2の歯と係合し、前記第1のスロットは前記第2のスロットと係合する、モータロータ装置。 - 前記ロータコアは、第2の空気副溝をさらに有し、前記第2の空気副溝および前記第1の空気副溝は、第1の空気溝を形成するように頭から尾に接続され、前記第1の空気副溝と第2の空気副溝が接続され、
前記第2の空気副溝は、永久磁石を収容するように構成される、請求項1に記載のモータロータ装置。 - 前記ロータコアには、第2の空気溝がさらに設けられ、前記第2の空気溝は、前記永久磁石を収容するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載のモータロータ装置。
- 第1の軸受構造は前記第1の空気溝および前記第2の空気溝を有し、前記ロータコアは複数の第1の軸受構造を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のモータロータ装置。
- 前記第1の空気副溝は、複数の第1の歯および複数の第1のスロットをさらに有し、前記複数の第1の歯および前記複数の第1のスロットは交互に配置され、前記結合要素は、複数の第2の歯および複数の第2のスロットをさらに有し、前記複数の第2の歯および前記複数の第2のスロットは交互に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のモータロータ装置。
- 前記第1の歯および前記第1のスロットは、長方形または三角形の形状である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のモータロータ装置。
- 前記第1の空気溝と前記第2の空気溝との間に第1の磁気ブリッジが形成され、前記第1の空気溝と前記ロータコアの外周面との間に第2の磁気ブリッジが形成され、前記第2の空気溝と前記ロータコアの外周面との間に第3の磁気ブリッジが形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のモータロータ装置。
- 前記結合要素は非磁性高硬度材料である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のモータロータ装置。
