Claims (10)
- 基体を折り畳むことで形成される複数の積層ユニットを含み、前記積層ユニットは、開口、第1共有辺及び第2共有辺を含み、隣り合う2つの前記積層ユニットの前記開口の方向は互いに逆向きであり、前記積層ユニットが、隣接する2つの前記積層ユニットに前記第1共有辺及び前記第2共有辺を介してそれぞれ接合されることで、前記基体には積層状態において螺旋状の通電経路が形成されることを特徴とする積層コイル。
- 前記積層ユニットはU型ユニットを含み、前記U型ユニットは、第1円弧状辺、第2円弧状辺、第3円弧状辺、第4円弧状辺、第1接続辺、第2接続辺、第3接続辺及び第4接続辺を含み、
前記第1共有辺、前記第1円弧状辺、前記第1接続辺、前記第2円弧状辺、前記第2共有辺、前記第3円弧状辺、前記第2接続辺、前記第3接続辺、前記第4接続辺及び前記第4円弧状辺は、順に前後が接続されることでU型を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層コイル。 - 前記U型ユニットの前記第1円弧状辺と、隣接する前記U型ユニットの前記第4円弧状辺とが結合されることで中心角が90°の円弧が形成され、前記U型ユニットの前記第2円弧状辺と、もう一方の隣接する前記U型ユニットの前記第3円弧状辺とが結合されることで中心角が90°の円弧が形成され、
前記第1共有辺と前記第4接続辺との距離、前記第2共有辺と前記第2接続辺との距離はいずれも円弧の半径の半分であり、前記第1接続辺と前記第3接続辺との距離は円弧の半径と等しいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層コイル。 - 前記U型ユニットは、更に、前記第2接続辺と前記第3接続辺を接続する第5円弧状辺、及び前記第3接続辺と前記第4接続辺を接続する第6円弧状辺を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層コイル。
- 前記基体の表面には導電層が付着しており、絶縁層は前記導電層を被覆することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層コイル。
- 積層ユニット工程S1:基材を加工することで、複数の積層ユニットを含む基体を形成するとともに、前記基体の両端に配線ユニットを保持し、前記積層ユニットは、開口、第1共有辺及び第2共有辺を含み、隣り合う2つの前記積層ユニットの前記開口の方向が互いに逆向きであり、前記積層ユニットは、隣接する2つの前記積層ユニットに前記第1共有辺及び前記第2共有辺を介してそれぞれ接合され、
折り畳み及び積層工程S2:前記基体を前記積層ユニットの前記第1共有辺と前記第2共有辺に沿って折り畳むことで、前記積層ユニットを順に積層した中間部材を形成し、
整形工程S3:所定の構造に従って中間部材を整形するとともに、前記中間部材に絶縁層隙間を保持し、
絶縁工程S4:前記中間部材の前記絶縁層隙間に絶縁層を追加し、前記絶縁層で前記基体を被覆する、とのステップを含むことを特徴とする積層コイルの製造方法。 - 折り畳み工程S1:基材を折り畳み、前記基材の両端に配線ユニットを保持することで、積層状態の第1中間部材を形成し、
積層ユニット工程S2:積層状態の前記第1中間部材を加工することで、開口を有し、且つ中空の複数の積層ユニットからなる基体を形成し、隣り合う2つの前記積層ユニットの前記開口の方向は互いに逆向きであり、前記積層ユニットを、隣接する2つの前記積層ユニットに第1共有辺及び第2共有辺を介してそれぞれ接合することで、前記積層ユニットが順に積層された第2中間部材を形成するとともに、前記第2中間部材に絶縁層隙間を保持し、
整形工程S3:所定の構造に従って中間部材を整形するとともに、前記第2中間部材に前記絶縁層隙間を保持し、
絶縁工程S4:前記第2中間部材の前記絶縁層隙間に絶縁層を追加し、前記絶縁層で前記基体を被覆する、とのステップを含むことを特徴とする積層コイルの製造方法。 - 前記積層ユニットはU型ユニットを含み、前記U型ユニットは、第1円弧状辺、第2円弧状辺、第3円弧状辺、第4円弧状辺、第1接続辺、第2接続辺、第3接続辺及び第4接続辺を含み、
前記第1共有辺、前記第1円弧状辺、前記第1接続辺、前記第2円弧状辺、前記第2共有辺、前記第3円弧状辺、前記第2接続辺、前記第3接続辺、前記第4接続辺及び前記第4円弧状辺は、順に前後が接続されることでU型を形成することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の積層コイルの製造方法。 - 前記U型ユニットの前記第1円弧状辺と、隣接する前記U型ユニットの前記第4円弧状辺とが結合されることで中心角が90°の円弧が形成され、前記U型ユニットの前記第2円弧状辺と、もう一方の隣接する前記U型ユニットの前記第3円弧状辺とが結合されることで中心角が90°の円弧が形成され、
前記第1共有辺と前記第4接続辺との距離、前記第2共有辺と前記第2接続辺との距離はいずれも円弧の半径の半分であり、前記第1接続辺と前記第3接続辺との距離は円弧の半径と等しいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の積層コイルの製造方法。 - 前記基体の表面には導電層が付着しており、前記絶縁層は前記導電層を被覆することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の積層コイルの製造方法。
