Description
− 繊維強化熱可塑性材料製のグリーン体を熱分解させるステップと、
− 熱分解したグリーン体に、液状炭化物形成物質、特に液状ケイ素又は液状ケイ素合金を含浸させるステップと

Claims (15)
- CMC部品(6)の製造方法であって、前記方法は、
− 繊維(15)強化熱可塑性材料(14)製のグリーン体(1;10)を熱分解(2)させるステップと、
− 前記熱分解したグリーン体に、液状炭化物形成物質(31)を含浸(4)させるステップと
を少なくとも含み、
前記グリーン体(1;10)の前記繊維(15)が、1つ又はいくつかのストランド(16)状に配置されており、前記ストランド(16)がそれぞれ、主延在方向を有し、
前記各ストランド(16)の繊維(15)の長さが、前記ストランド(16)の前記主延在方向に沿った前記グリーン体(1;10)の全長(L)よりも大きい、
前記方法。 - 前記すべての繊維(15)の長さが、前記グリーン体(1;10)の最大全長(L)よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱分解(2)を不活性雰囲気中で実施し、前記グリーン体(1;10)を金型(20)内に配置する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(15)が、前記グリーン体(1;10)の三次元外形に少なくとも部分的に沿うように前記グリーン体(1;10)中に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記各ストランド(16)の繊維(15)が、少なくとも部分的に互いに絡み合っている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(15)の長さが、前記CMC部品(6)の完成まで実質的に変化しないままである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記グリーン体(1;10)の前記熱可塑性材料(14)が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(15)が、炭素又は炭化ケイ素製である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(15)が被覆されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記グリーン体(1;10)が、前記繊維(15)強化熱可塑性材料(14)をフロープレス、特にプッシュ及び/又はプル押出成形することにより製造される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記グリーン体(1;10)の前記繊維(15)強化熱可塑性材料(14)中の前記繊維(15)の含量が、20〜70体積%、特に40〜60体積%の範囲にある、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記炭化物形成物質(31)を含浸(4)させる前に、前記熱分解したグリーン体の少なくとも一部(13)に窒化ホウ素(32)を施与する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法により製造される、CMC部品(6)。
- タービンブレード、ノズル、歯車又は締結部品、特に、ねじ(10)、スクリューナット、ボルト、ピン又はリベットである、請求項13に記載のCMC部品(6)。
- 医療技術、航空宇宙産業、原子力発電所又は核融合炉で使用されるように適合された、請求項13又は14に記載のCMC部品(6)。
