Claims (10)
- 電気ネットワーク又は電動ユニット(1)のアクティブな放電のための放電装置(6)であって、
電流制限抵抗(12)と、前記ネットワーク又は前記電動ユニット(1)の放電部品(4)を、間接的に前記電流制限抵抗(12)を介して基準電位(14)に接続するための第1のスイッチ(10)と、を有する放電回路(8)と、
前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子側に配置され、放電動作中に前記第1のスイッチ(10)及び/又は電流制限抵抗(12)に生じる加熱を制限する制限回路(16)と、を備え、
前記制限回路(16)は、前記第1のスイッチ(10)及び/又は電流制限抵抗(12)と熱的に結合されたNTC抵抗(20)を有する、放電装置(6)。 - 前記第1のスイッチ(10)は、パワートランジスタ、特に、IGBT又はMOSFETによって形成されている、請求項1に記載の放電装置(6)。
- 前記NTC抵抗(20)は、前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子(18)に接続されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の放電装置(6)。
- 前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子(18)と前記基準電位(14)との間に接続された電圧基準部(23)を備え、
前記NTC抵抗(20)は、さらに前記電圧基準部(23)の制御入力に接続されている、請求項3に記載の放電装置(6)。 - 前記制限回路(16)は、第2のスイッチ(34)を有し、前記NTC抵抗(20)は、前記第2のスイッチの制御端子(36)に接続され、
前記第2のスイッチ(34)は、完全にスイッチオンされた状態において、前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子(18)を前記基準電位(14)に接続する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の放電装置(6)。 - 前記第2のスイッチ(34)は、電界効果トランジスタ(34)、特にMOSFETによって形成されている、請求項5に記載の放電装置(6)。
- 前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子(18)を前記基準電位(14)に可逆的に接続するために、回路手段(26、30)を有する制御回路(24)を備える、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の放電装置(6)。
- 前記回路手段は、前記第1のスイッチの制御端子(18)に接続される第3のスイッチ、特にトランジスタ(30)を含む、請求項7に記載の放電装置(6)。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の放電装置(6)を備えた、車両用の電動ユニット(1)。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の放電装置(6)によって、電気ネットワーク又は電動ユニット(1)のアクティブな放電のための放電方法であって、
前記放電回路(8)によって、前記ネットワーク又は前記電動ユニット(1)の前記放電部品(4)が、前記電流制限抵抗(12)及び前記第1のスイッチ(10)を介して前記基準電位(14)に接続され、
前記第1のスイッチ(10)の制御端子側に配置された前記制限回路(16)の、前記第1のスイッチ(10)及び/又は前記電流制限抵抗(12)と熱的に結合された前記NTC抵抗(20)が加熱され、
それによって、前記電流制限抵抗(12)及び前記第1のスイッチ(10)を介して流れる放電電流が低減される、放電方法。
