Abstract
Description
i)古い織物の繊維として既に存在している、NMMO中でほとんど溶解しない異質の成分も用いられ得る;
ii)ヘミセルロースなどの強度を低減する更なる糖が結合され得る;および
iii)短い鎖長を有するセルロース繊維部分が、より大量に使われ得る。
i)非常に結晶性であるがその一方透明なTPUであることが、材料の多方面への適用の可能性および幅広い変動幅に対し、適用分野において、互いに補完する;
ii)一方でメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI)に連結する軟質層は、アジピン酸に基づいて1,000g/molから2,000g/molの間のモル重量を有するポリエステルジオールからなるか、または純粋なポリカプロラクトンからなる。他方、テトラヒドロフランまたはC2、C3−グリコールから構成されるポリエーテルジオールが可能である。どの軟質層が適切かは、適用事例に応じて決定され得る。2つの重要な観点は、エーテルTPUの酸化に対する感度およびエステルTPUの加水分解に対する感受性である。
Claims (15)
- 特にリヨセル法またはビスコース法にしたがって製造された、エラステインを含有する再生セルロース成形体であって、前記エラステインは前記再生セルロース成形体に組み込まれている、再生セルロース成形体。
- 前記再生セルロース成形体は、少なくとも0.1%のポリウレタンを含有し、前記ポリウレタンの少なくとも10%はエラステインに割り当てられる、請求項1に記載の再生セルロース成形体。
- 前記再生セルロース成形体は、0.1%から5%のエラステインを含有する、請求項1または2に記載の再生セルロース成形体。
- ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、およびポリエーテルからなる群の、特に2%未満の、少なくとも1つの更なる合成プラスチックを更に含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の再生セルロース成形体。
- 前記更なる合成プラスチックの少なくとも一部は、エステル適合性、アミド適合性、およびエーテル適合性からなる群の少なくとも1つである少なくとも1つの適合性を有する、請求項4に記載の再生セルロース成形体。
- 前記更なる合成プラスチックは、少なくとも部分的に前記再生セルロース成形体に組み込まれている、請求項4または5に記載の再生セルロース成形体。
- 前記再生セルロース成形体が以下の特徴:
前記再生セルロース成形体は、繊維、ホイル、球体、またはスポンジを含む群から選択される;
前記再生セルロース成形体は、従来のリヨセル繊維の繊維伸長性より少なくとも10%、特に少なくとも20%高い伸長性を有する;
前記再生セルロース成形体は、従来のリヨセル繊維の強度値を有する;
前記再生セルロース成形体は、従来のリヨセル繊維と比較して、フィブリル化への低減した傾向を有する;
の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の再生セルロース成形体。 - 再生セルロース成形体を製造する方法であって、前記方法は:
セルロースおよびエラステインを含有する出発材料を提供する段階であって、特に前記出発材料中の前記エラステインは前記セルロースと分離して存在し、前記出発材料は固体である段階と;
前記再生セルロース成形体が前記出発材料の前記エラステインの少なくとも一部を含有するように、セルロースを含有する前記再生セルロース成形体を、前記出発材料に基づいて、特にリヨセル法またはビスコース法によって生成する段階であって、前記出発材料の前記エラステインの前記一部は、前記再生セルロース成形体に組み込まれている段階と
を備える方法。 - 前記再生セルロース成形体は、前記出発材料に由来する合成プラスチックの部分を少なくとも0.1%含有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記出発材料は、衣類製造からの残滓および/または古着を完全にまたは部分的に含む、請求項8または9の1つに記載の方法。
- 紡糸溶液を得るために、直接溶解法によって、溶媒中で、特にN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシド(NMMO)中で前記出発材料を溶解する段階と、
合成プラスチック、特にエラステインの前記セルロースへの少なくとも部分的な組み込みが可能になるように、前記紡糸溶液を紡糸ノズルを通して、特に150℃未満で押し出す段階とを
更に含む、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記紡糸溶液に、セルロース繊維、異物、パルプ、ヘミセルロース、および短い鎖長を有するセルロース繊維からなる群からの少なくとも1つの物質を供給する段階を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記出発材料は、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、およびポリエーテルからなる群からの少なくとも1つの更なる合成プラスチックを含有する、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記再生セルロース成形体を生成するための前記出発材料の第1の追加の合成プラスチック、特にポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリエーテルからなる群の1つを、前記第1の追加の合成プラスチックが前記再生セルロース成形体に実質的に含有されるように、少なくとも部分的に保持する段階;および/または、
第前記出発材料から、第2の追加の合成プラスチック、特にポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリエーテルからなる群の1つを、前記第2の追加の合成プラスチックが前記再生セルロース成形体に実質的に含有されないように、除去する段階、特に完全に除去する段階
を更に含み、
特に前記第1の追加の合成プラスチックは前記第2の追加の合成プラスチックと異なる、請求項13に記載の方法。 - セルロースと、少なくとも1つの合成プラスチック、特にエラステイン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリエーテル、およびポリウレタンからなる群からの合成プラスチックとを含有する少なくとも1つの更なる出発材料を供給する段階であって、前記出発材料および前記更なる出発材料中の前記合成プラスチックの部分は異なる段階と、
前記再生セルロース成形体が少なくとも1つの予め定められた特性を有するように、前記出発材料および前記更なる出発材料に基づいて前記再生セルロース成形体を生成する段階と
を更に含む、請求項13または14の1つに記載の方法。
