Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年1月19に出願した米国仮出願第62/619,600号の利益及び優先権を主張するものである。出願第62/619,600号は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
金属の洗浄、潤滑及び保護に使用される調合物は通常、基油、溶媒、並びに金属の潤滑及び保護のための様々な添加剤を含有する。こうした調合物は、機械、自動車及び農業用設備、並びに銃器の洗浄、潤滑及び腐食防止に使用される。
基油。基油は、油性調合物用の基本素材として使用できる多数の油のいずれかを含むことができる。基油は、例えば、本教示の調合物の所望の粘度を達成するためにブレンドしやすい粘度を有することができる。使用される通常の粘度単位は、センチポアズ(cP,centipoise)及びセンチストーク(cSt,centistoke)であり、これらは通常、40℃又は100°Fのいずれかで特定される。特に断りのない限り、本教示の調合物は、油のタイプによって特定することができ、油の粘度は、ASTM D445により40℃で測定することができ、センチストーク(cSt)で報告することができる。

Claims (31)
- i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油;及び
ii)3重量%〜60重量%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステル
を含む、金属清浄剤。 - iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤;及び
iv)0.5重量%〜20重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の金属清浄剤。 - 20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、20重量%〜50重量%の前記少なくとも1種の基油である、請求項1又は2に記載の金属清浄剤。
- 0.1重量%〜20重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、0.1重量%〜5重量%の前記少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤であり、0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、1重量%〜15重量%の前記少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤である、請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。
- 20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、35%〜50%の前記少なくとも1種の基油であり、3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、10%〜40%の前記少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルである、請求項1又は2に記載の金属清浄剤。
- 0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、0.2%〜5%の前記少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤であり、0.5重量%〜20重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、1%〜10%の前記少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤である、請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、ナフテン油、合成油、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチル、5−メチル−2−フロ酸メチル、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、22cStナフテン油、280cStナフテン油、16〜17cStポリアルファオレフィン油、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、22cStナフテン油である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、16〜17cStポリアルファオレフィン油である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、22cStナフテン油と280cStナフテン油との組合せである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の基油が、16〜17cStポリアルファオレフィン油と22cStナフテン油との組合せである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステル、不活性硫化オレフィン、硫化脂肪酸エステル、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項2、4及び6のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む、請求項2、4及び6のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、不活性硫化オレフィンを含む、請求項2、4及び6のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、硫化脂肪酸エステルを含む、請求項2、4及び6のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、トリアゾール金属保護剤、アミノ酸とイミダゾリン誘導体との混合物、パラクロロベンゾトリフルオリド、スルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項2、4、6及び15〜18のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む、請求項2、4、6及び15〜19のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、アミノ酸とイミダゾリン誘導体との混合物を含む、請求項2、4、6及び15〜19のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、パラクロロベンゾトリフルオリドを含む、請求項2、4、6及び15〜19のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、2重量%〜6重量%の少なくとも1種のスルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油を含む、請求項2、4、6及び15〜19のいずれかに記載の金属清浄剤。
- 少なくとも1種のスルホネートが、ジノニルナフタリンスルホン酸カルシウムである、請求項23に記載の金属清浄剤。
- i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約43.8重量%の22cStナフテン油と、約10重量%の280cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約33重量%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1%〜15%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約0.2重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約12重量%の、スルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油であり;かつ
iv)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約1重量%の、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。 - i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約68重量%の22cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約5%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約12重量%のパラクロロベンゾトリフルオリドと、約0.3重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約12重量%の、スルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油であり;
iv)0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約2重量%のアルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。 - i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約49重量%の16〜17cStポリアルファオレフィン油と、約16.8重量%の22cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約12.8重量%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約1.9重量%の、アミノ酸とイミダゾリン誘導体との混合物を含む金属保護添加剤と、約0.1重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約12.4重量%の、ジノニルナフタリンスルホン酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1種の担体油であり;
iv)0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約1重量%の、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤と、約6重量%の、不活性硫化オレフィンを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。 - i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約49.9重量%の16〜17cStポリアルファオレフィン油と、約16.1重量%の22cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3重量%〜60重量%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約12.3重量%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約1.8重量%の、アミノ酸とイミダゾリン誘導体との混合物を含む金属保護添加剤と、約0.1重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約11.9重量%の、ジノニルナフタリンスルホン酸カルシウムを含む担体油であり;かつ
iv)0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約2.0重量%の、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤と、約5.8重量%の、硫化脂肪酸エステルを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約42.8重量%の22cStナフテン油と、約8.0重量%の280cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約33.0重量%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約0.2重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約12.0重量%の、スルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油であり;かつ
iv)0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約1.0重量%の、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤と、約3.0重量%の、不活性硫化オレフィンを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。 - i)20重量%〜70重量%の少なくとも1種の基油が、約42.8重量%の22cStナフテン油と、約8.0重量%の280cStナフテン油であり;
ii)3%〜60%の少なくとも1種のフロ酸エステルが、約33.0重量%の5−メチル−2−フロ酸エチルであり;
iii)0.1重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の金属保護添加剤が、約0.2重量%の、トリアゾール金属保護剤を含む金属保護添加剤と、約12.0重量%の、スルホネートを含む少なくとも1種の担体油であり;かつ
iv)0.5重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の潤滑添加剤が、約1.0重量%の、アルキルホスフェートアミンエステルを含む潤滑添加剤と、約3.0重量%の、硫化脂肪酸エステルを含む潤滑添加剤である、
請求項2に記載の金属清浄剤。 - 請求項1〜30のいずれかに記載の調合物を金属表面に塗布するステップを含む、金属を洗浄する方法。
