Claims (20)
- 動脈瘤の首部を覆うためのカバーおよび内部アンカリング部材を備える、ワイヤ上に配置された閉塞要素を備え、
前記カバーは、前記動脈瘤の首部を覆うために管の遠位端から前に進められると、前記管内の圧縮された構成から拡張された構成に拡張するように構成され、
前記カバーは、球体の上部を前記球体の底部の中に折り込むことによって形成される2つのメッシュ層を備える半球体に形成されるメッシュ材料の球体を備え、
前記内部アンカリング部材は、前記カバーの第2の表面に結合され、そこから延在し、前記動脈瘤の内面に接触するように構成される、
血管内の動脈瘤を治療するための装置。 - 前記内部アンカリング部材が、前記カバーの中央部分から延びる円筒形ステムを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
