Claims (32)
- a)シロキサンポリマーを含み、閉鎖細孔体積分率を含み、且つ開放細孔体積分率を含んでいてもよい多孔質マトリックス材料の第1の層、及び、
b)前記多孔質マトリックス材料の第1の層a)の前記閉鎖細孔体積分率中に実質的に存在する導電性又は半導電性フィラー、を含み、
c)1つ以上の追加の層を含んでいてもよいフィルムを含む、圧力感知層。 - 閉鎖細孔体積分率と開放細孔体積分率の比が、少なくとも1:1、好ましくは1:1〜100:1である、又は閉鎖細孔体積分率が全細孔体積分率の100%をなす、請求項1に記載の圧力感知層。
- フィラーの量が、a)及びb)の全重量に基づいて、0.1〜15重量%の範囲にある、請求項1又は2に記載の圧力感知層。
- シロキサンポリマーはポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力感知層。
- 導電性又は半導電性フィラーは、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノホーン、グラファイト、グラフェン、及びカーボンブラックから選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力感知層。
