Claims (9)
- 力制限装置を有するモータ車両のシートベルトのための質量体駆動装置を有するベルト締付具(1)であって、
−前記車両に固定可能なハウジング(14)の少なくとも1つの開口部(15)に回転可能に取り付けられたベルトシャフト(3)であって、前記ベルトシャフト上に前記シートベルトを巻くことができる、ベルトシャフト(3)と、
−前記ベルトシャフト(3)に回転不能に結合され、かつ円周上に規則的な間隔で分配された凹部(14)を有する、締付駆動ホイール(24)と、
−前記質量体駆動装置を形成し、かつ締付チューブ(10)内で誘導され、前記締付チューブ(10)の圧力付加によって駆動され得る、緩い質量体(19)のチェーンと
を備えるベルト締付具(1)であって、
−前記ベルトシャフト(3)は、前記駆動された質量体(19)を、前記締付駆動ホイール(24)の前記凹部(14)内に係合させることによって前記シートベルトの前記巻き方向に駆動することができ、
−前記ハウジング(14)の前記開口部(15)内の前記ベルトシャフト(3)の取付けが、前記半径方向に可撓性であるように設計されていることを特徴とする、ベルト締付具(1)。 - −前記開口部(15)の周囲に沿った取付けの可撓性が、可変であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −取付けの可撓性が、前記締付駆動ホイール(24)の前記凹部(18)から外れる前記質量体(19)の出口点(A)まで少なくとも60度の角度(B)で始まる前記開口部(15)の弾性部において最大であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −前記弾性部が、前記出口点(A)に対して最大240度の角度(D)で終わることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −可撓性が、前記開口部(15)の縁部の1つ又は複数の自由空間(21)によって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −可撓性が、前記開口部(15)の前記縁部上に配置され、半径方向に曲がり、前記ベルトシャフト(3)が上に乗る舌部(20)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −前記舌部(20)が、一定の厚さを有すことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −前記ハウジング(14)が、前記ベルト締付具(1)のフレーム(11)に締結された締付具カバーによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
- −取付けの可撓性が、前記開口部(15)を好ましい方向に広げる凹部(25)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のベルト締付具(1)。
