Abstract
Description
本出願は2017年12月18日付韓国特許出願第10−2017−0174039号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は有機電子装置および前記有機電子装置の製造方法に関する。
以下、実施例および比較例で、オレフィン系樹脂としてポリブチレン(Daelim、HRPB2300)、ポリイソブチレン(BASF、B10)、および酸無水物変性ポリイソブチレン樹脂(BASF社、Mn 1000g/mol、Glissopal SA、以下、PIBSA)を使った。硬化性オリゴマーとして、エポキシアクリレート(Sartomer、CN110、Mw 870g/mol)およびウレタンアクリレート(Sartomer、CN8003、Mw:28,000g/mol)を使い、硬化性モノマーとして、アクリルモノマー(Sartomer、SR335、240.38g/mol)および脂環族エポキシ樹脂(Daicel社、Celloxide 2021P、エポキシ当量130g/eq、Mw:270g/mol、粘度250cPs、以下、C2021P)を使った。また、エポキシ化合物としてビスフェノールFエポキシ(DIC、Epiclon 830、エポキシ当量175g/eq、Mw=350g/mol)を使った。無機フィラーとして、フュームドシリカ(Aerosil、Evonik、R805、粒子の大きさ10〜20nm、BET=150m2/g)を使い、水分吸着剤として、カルシウムオキシド(CaO、平均粒径5μm、Aldrich)を使った。光開始剤として、光カチオン開始剤(San−apro、CPI−101A)およびラジカル開始剤(BASF、Irgacure 819)を使った。
エポキシ化合物として脂環族エポキシ樹脂(Daicel社、Celloxide 2021P、エポキシ当量130g/eq、Mw:270g/mol、粘度250cPs、以下、C2021P)、ビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂(DIC、Epiclon 840、エポキシ当量:180−190g/eq、Mw:360−380g/mol)、オキセタン化合物(TOAGOSEI、OXT−221、Mw:214.3g/mol)およびオキセタン化合物(TOAGOSEI、OXT212、Mw:228.4g/mol)を使った。カチオン光開始剤としてBASF社のIrgacure 290、カチオン熱開始剤としてKing Industries社のCXC−1612を使い、光感応剤としてアントラセン化合物であるITXを使った。
前記組成に対して、下記の表1のような重量割合で配合して混合容器に投入した。単位は重量部である。前記混合容器においてPlanetary mixer(クラボウ、KK−250s)を利用して均一な組成物溶液を製造して、側面封止層組成物および前面封止層組成物をそれぞれ製造した。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止組成物をTA社のARES G2を利用して、25mmアルミニウムコーン&プレートを利用して0.5sec−1で取った粘度値を測定する。測定温度は25℃であり、Cell gapは0.1mmである。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止組成物を離型処理されたPETに一定量塗布して離型PETを覆った後、1Kgの重さで押して広げる。以降、UV照射(メタルハライドランプ3J/cm2)後、100℃で1時間硬化した試片を製作し、引張機(TA−XT2 Plus)で引張弾性率を測定する。測定温度は25℃であり、10mm/minの速度で測定した。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止組成物を無機蒸着膜が形成されたOLEDパネルに塗布する。側面封止層組成物はOLED素子の縁部に塗布し、前面封止層は前記素子をカバーするように塗布する。この後、合着(Cell gap 10μm、側面封止層幅5mm)し、UV照射(メタルハライドランプ3J/cm2)後、100℃で1時間硬化し、基板上の素子の段差部位を顕微鏡で観察して、段差部位に気泡が全くない場合はO、1〜2の気泡が発生する場合は△、3つ以上の多量の気泡が存在する場合はXと分類した。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止組成物を無機蒸着膜が形成されたOLEDパネルに塗布する。側面封止層組成物はOLED素子の縁部に塗布し、前面封止層は前記素子をカバーするように塗布する。この後、合着(Cell gap 10μm、側面封止層幅5mm)し、硬化を進行させていない状態で、25℃で1時間放置する。
実施例または比較例で製造した封止組成物を無機蒸着膜が形成されたOLEDパネルに塗布する。側面封止層組成物はOLED素子の縁部に塗布し、前面封止層は前記素子をカバーするように塗布する。この後、合着(Cell gap 10μm、側面封止層幅5mm)し、UV照射(メタルハライドランプ3J/cm2)後、100℃で1時間硬化する。

Claims (20)
- 上部に有機電子素子が形成された基板;前記有機電子素子を前面封止する前面封止層;および前記基板の縁部上に存在する側面封止層を含み、
前記側面封止層は硬化後25℃での引張弾性率が0.05MPa〜100MPaであり、前記前面封止層は硬化後25℃での引張弾性率が100MPa以上であり、前記側面封止層の引張弾性率に対する前面封止層の引張弾性率の比率が5〜400の範囲内である、有機電子装置。 - 側面封止層は硬化前25℃および0.5s−1で測定した粘度が30万cP以上の封止組成物を含み、前面封止層は硬化前25℃および0.5s−1で測定した粘度が5000cP以下である封止組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の有機電子装置。
- 側面封止層組成物の粘度に対する前面封止層組成物の粘度の比率が1.5〜15の範囲内である、請求項2に記載の有機電子装置。
- 側面封止層はオレフィン系樹脂、硬化性オリゴマーおよび硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- オレフィン系樹脂は重量平均分子量が10万以下である、請求項4に記載の有機電子装置。
- 硬化性オリゴマーは前記オレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して20〜90重量部で含まれる、請求項4または5に記載の有機電子装置。
- 硬化性オリゴマーは硬化後ガラス転移温度が85℃以下である、請求項4から6の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 硬化性オリゴマーは重量平均分子量が400g/mol〜5万g/molの範囲内である、請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 硬化性モノマーは重量平均分子量が400g/mol未満である、請求項4から8の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 硬化性モノマーはオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して5〜200重量部で含まれる、請求項4から9の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 側面封止層は無機フィラーをさらに含む、請求項4から10の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 無機フィラーはオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部〜70重量部で含まれる、請求項11に記載の有機電子装置。
- 側面封止層はカチオン開始剤またはラジカル開始剤をさらに含む、請求項4から12の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 側面封止層は水分吸着剤をさらに含む、請求項4から13の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 水分吸着剤はオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜150重量部で含まれる、請求項14に記載の有機電子装置。
- 前面封止層はエポキシ化合物を含む、請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- エポキシ化合物は分子構造内に環状構造を有する化合物を含む、請求項16に記載の有機電子装置。
- 前面封止層は光開始剤または熱開始剤をさらに含む、請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 前面封止層は光感応剤をさらに含む、請求項1から18の何れか一項に記載の有機電子装置。
- 上部に有機電子素子が形成された基板の周縁部上に側面封止層組成物を前記有機電子素子の側面を囲むように塗布する段階および前記有機電子素子の前面を密封するように前面封止層組成物を塗布する段階を含む、有機電子装置の製造方法。
