Abstract
Description
本明細書で提供される一部の実施形態は、塩分添加活性酸素組成物(reactive oxygen salinated composition)に関する。本明細書で使用するとき、本明細書で使用の用語「組成物」又は「製剤」は、所与の目的のために共に提示される要素、成分、又は組成物の組合せを表す。
本明細書で提供される一部の実施形態は、本明細書に記載の組成物を製造する方法に関する。組成物を製造する方法は、塩類溶液を用意する工程を含む。一部の実施形態において、塩類溶液は、活性酸素種を含み、活性酸素種は、塩類溶液に直接添加されてよく、或いは、例えばその塩類溶液の電気分解によって、塩類溶液中で生成させてもよい。この方法は、塩類溶液にエモリエント剤を添加する工程を更に含む。一部の実施形態において、その方法は、塩類溶液にレオロジー剤(レオロジー調整剤)を更に添加して、所望の粘度の組成物を生成させる工程を含む。所望の粘度は、最終組成物及びその組成物の適用方法に依存する。例えば、所望の粘度は低粘度組成物であってよく、或いは所望の粘度は高粘度組成物であってもよい。
より少量のエネルギーを必要とする反応において優先的に使用されうる。
本明細書で提供する組成物は、経口、注射、又は局所投与のための製剤として、調製、包装、又は販売されてよい。組成物は適切な包装 (容器)、例えば、注射器、チューブ、カートン、カプセル、ジャー、ボトル、キャニスター、スクイーズパック、パウチ、パッケージ、パケット、袋、タンク、又は他の容器に充填されてよい。一部の実施形態において、組成物は、経口摂取され、又は注射され、あるいは皮膚に直接適用されてもよい。一部の実施形態において、組成物は、アプリケーター、ブラシ、又は皮膚に適用するための他のデバイスによって適用されてよい。

Claims (27)
- 塩類溶液、
活性酸素種、
エモリエント剤、及び
pH調整剤
を含む、組成物。 - 塩類溶液が、塩を約0.01%から約1%w/vまでの量で含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 塩が、約0.05%w/vの量で存在する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 塩が、原料のままの未加工塩である、請求項2又は3に記載の組成物。
- 塩が、ヒマラヤンシーソルトである、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 活性酸素種がハイポクロライトである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 活性酸素種が、約5から約100ppmまでの量で存在する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 活性酸素種が、約72ppmの量で存在する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- エモリエント剤が、シリコーンポリマーである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- シリコーンポリマーが、ジメチコン、シクロメチコン、又はこれらのブレンドである、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- エモリエント剤が、約0.5%から約10%w/vまでの量で存在する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- エモリエント剤が、約5%w/vの量で存在する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- pH調整剤が、一塩基性リン酸ナトリウムである、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。

- pH調整剤が、約0.3%w/vの量で存在する、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- レオロジー調整剤を更に含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- レオロジー調整剤が金属ケイ酸塩である、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 金属ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸マグネシウムナトリウムである、請求項17に記載の組成物。
- レオロジー調整剤が、約0.5%から約10%w/vまでの量で存在する、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- レオロジー調整剤が、約3.25%w/vの量で存在する、請求項16から19のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ゲル剤、ゾル剤、ゾル-ゲル剤、ハイドロゲル剤、クリーム剤、フォーム剤、バーム、リニメント剤、アングエント、コロイド、乳剤、分散剤、サルブ、エモリエント剤、ローション剤、融解性固形剤、ムース剤、軟膏剤、ペースト剤、セラム、溶液剤、スプレー剤、スティック剤、液剤、又は懸濁剤の形態である、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 未加工の原料塩である塩を約0.05%w/vの量で、
ハイポクロライトを約72ppmの量で、
ジメチコンを約5%w/vの量で、及び
一塩基性リン酸ナトリウムを約0.3%w/vの量で
含む、組成物。 - 未加工の原料塩である塩を約0.05%w/vの量で、
ハイポクロライトを約72ppmの量で、
ケイ酸マグネシウムナトリウムを約3.25%w/vの量で、
ジメチコンを約5%w/vの量で、及び
一塩基性リン酸ナトリウムを約0.3%w/vの量で
