Abstract
Description
− 1100MPa以上、好ましくは1180MPaを超える極限引張強度と、
− 14.0%以上、好ましくは15%を超える全伸びと、
を同時に有する冷間圧延鋼板を利用可能にしてこれらの問題を解決することである。
Ac3=901−262*C−29*Mn+31*Si−12*Cr−155*Nb+86*Al
を使用して計算され、式中、元素含有量は重量パーセントで表される。
−Tcmax=565−601*(1−Exp(−0.868*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
−Tcmin=565−601*(1−Exp(−1.736*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
を使用して計算され、式中、元素の含有量は重量パーセントで表される。
表2は、表1の鋼に実施された焼鈍工程パラメータをまとめたものである。鋼組成物I1〜I3は、本発明による鋼板の製造に役立つ。この表は、表中にR1〜R3で指定した参照鋼の組成についても明記する。表2は、発明鋼及び参照鋼のTcmin及びTcmaxの温度の表も示す。TcminとTcmaxは、以下の式:
−Tcmax=565−601*(1−Exp(−0.868*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
−Tcmin=565−601*(1−Exp(−1.736*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
を使用して計算される。
表3は、本発明の鋼と参照鋼との両方の微細組織組成を決定するために、走査型電子顕微鏡などのさまざまな顕微鏡の標準に従って行われた試験の結果を例示する。
表4は、本発明の鋼と参照鋼との両方の機械的特性を例示する。引張強度、降伏強度及び全伸びの試験は、JIS Z2241規格に従って行う。
Claims (17)
- 冷間圧延熱処理鋼板であって、重量パーセントで表した以下の元素:
0.1%≦炭素≦0.5%
1%≦マンガン≦3.4%
0.5%≦ケイ素≦2.5%
0.03%≦アルミニウム≦1.5%
0%≦硫黄≦0.003%
0.002%≦リン≦0.02%
0%≦窒素≦0.01%
を含み、以下の任意の元素:
0.05%≦クロム≦1%
0.001%≦モリブデン≦0.5%
0.001%≦ニオブ≦0.1%
0.001%≦チタン≦0.1%
0.01%≦銅≦2%
0.01%≦ニッケル≦3%
0.0001%≦カルシウム≦0.005%
0%≦バナジウム≦0.1%
0%≦ホウ素≦0.003%
0%≦セリウム≦0.1%
0%≦マグネシウム≦0.010%
0%≦ジルコニウム≦0.010%
を1つ以上含み得る組成を有し、残余組成が、鉄と処理によって生じた不可避不純物とから構成されており、前記鋼板の微細組織が、面積分率で、10〜30%の残留オーステナイト、50〜85%のベイナイト、1〜20%の焼入れマルテンサイト及び30%未満の焼戻しマルテンサイトを含む、冷間圧延熱処理鋼板。 - 該組成が、0.7%〜2.4%のケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 該組成が0.03%〜0.9%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 該組成が、0.03%〜0.6%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項3に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 該組成が、1.2%〜2.3%のマンガンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 該組成が、0.03%〜0.5%のクロムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- ベイナイトと残留オーステナイトとの累積量が、70%以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 焼戻しマルテンサイトと焼入れマルテンサイトとの累積量が、20%以上であり、及び焼入れマルテンサイトの割合が10%を超える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 前記鋼板が、1100MPaの極限引張強度、及び14.0%以上の全伸びを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 前記鋼板が、1100MPa以上の極限引張強度を有し、及び降伏強度と極限引張強度との比が0.65以上である、請求項9に記載の冷間圧延熱処理鋼。
- 冷間圧延熱処理鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の連続ステップを含む:
− 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成を提供するステップ、
− 前記半完成品を1200℃〜1280℃の間の温度にまで再加熱するステップ、
− 熱間圧延仕上げ温度がAc3を超えるように、オーステナイト範囲で前記半完成品を圧延して、熱間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
− 30℃/秒を超える冷却速度で該鋼板を600℃未満の巻取り温度に冷却し、及び前記熱間圧延板を巻き取るステップ、
− 前記熱間圧延板を室温にまで冷却するステップ、
− 任意で、前記熱間圧延鋼板にスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
− 任意で、400℃〜750℃の間の温度で熱間圧延鋼板に焼鈍を実施してもよく、
− 任意で、前記熱間圧延鋼板にスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
− 前記熱間圧延鋼板を35〜90%の間の圧下率で冷間圧延し、冷間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
− 次に、前記冷間圧延鋼板を3℃/秒を超える速度でAc3〜Ac3+100℃の間の均熱温度に加熱し、それを10〜500秒間保持するステップ、
− 次に、該鋼板を20℃/秒を超える速度で500℃未満の温度にまで冷却するステップ、
− 次に、前記焼鈍冷間圧延鋼板を室温にまで冷却するステップ、
− 任意で、120℃〜250℃の間で前記焼鈍鋼板の焼戻しを実施するステップ、
− 次に、前記焼鈍冷間圧延鋼板を3℃/秒を超える速度でAc3〜Ac3+100℃の間の均熱温度に加熱し、それを10〜500秒間保持するステップ、
− 次に、該鋼板を20℃/秒を超える速度でTcmax〜Tcminの間の温度範囲に冷却するステップであって、
・Tcmax=565−601*(1−Exp(−0.868*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
・Tcmin=565−601*(1−Exp(−1.736*C))−34*Mn−13*Si−10*Cr+13*Al−361*Nb
である、ステップ、
− 次に、前記焼鈍冷間圧延鋼板を5〜500秒の間の時間で350℃〜550℃の間の保持温度範囲にし、次に、前記焼鈍冷間圧延鋼板を1℃/秒の冷却速度で室温にまで冷却して冷間圧延熱処理鋼板を得るステップ、
− 該冷間圧延熱処理鋼板を任意でコーティングしてもよい
製造方法。 - 該巻取り温度が、570℃未満である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 1回目又は2回目の焼鈍の該均熱温度が、Ac3〜Ac3+50℃の間である、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 1回目又は2回目の焼鈍後の該冷却速度が、500℃未満の温度まで30℃/秒を超える、請求項11〜13に記載の方法。
- 車両の構造部品又は安全部品の製造のための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板又は請求項11〜14に記載の方法に従って製造された鋼板の使用。
- 前記鋼板のフレキシブル圧延により、請求項15に従って得られる部品。
- 請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に従って得られた部品を含む車両。
