Description
Claims (48)
- 発光器又は受光器の一方又は両方と、
前記発光器又は前記受光器の一方又は両方に隣接した光学フィルターと、を備えるシステムであって、前記光学フィルターが、接着剤成分及び吸収剤成分を含む少なくとも1つの波長透過選択性層を備え、前記波長透過選択性層が、その上に入射した701nm〜849nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させる、システム。 - 前記波長透過選択性層が、701nm〜849nm以外の波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に可能にする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、701nm〜849の波長の約50%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約40%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約30%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約20%未満を透過し、又は701nm〜849の波長の約15%未満を透過する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、350nm〜701nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、350nm〜701の波長の約50%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約40%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約30%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約20%未満を透過し、又は350nm〜701の波長の約15%未満を透過する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、850nm以上の波長の約50%超を透過する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記接着剤成分が、アクリル系接着剤、ポリウレタン系接着剤、ポリエステル系接着剤、ポリオレフィン系接着剤、シリコーン系接着剤、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記接着剤成分が硬化性である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収剤成分が、染料、顔料、又はこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記染料が、可視的に黒色又は着色されているが、近IR波長に対して透明である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記染料が金属錯体染料である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収剤成分が顔料である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記顔料がナノ粒子顔料である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記顔料が、有機顔料、無機顔料、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項12又は13に記載のシステム。
- 前記発光器又は前記受光器の一方又は両方が近赤外域内の動作波長を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが表面光学微細構造を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記発光器が近赤外LED又は近赤外レーザを含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記受光器が、近赤外カメラ、又は近赤外受光帯域を有する光センサを含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが反射層を含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターがビーズ拡散層を含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが、前記受光器を可視波長から少なくとも部分的に遮蔽し、一方で、前記受光器が近赤外波長を受光することを実質的に可能にするように構成されている、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが、前記受光器又は前記発光器の一方又は両方を視覚からカモフラージュするように構成されている、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが、可視波長を吸収することによって前記受光器又は前記発光器の一方又は両方を視覚から少なくとも部分的にカモフラージュするように構成されている、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学フィルターが黒色に見える、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 光学フィルターを備える物品であって、前記光学フィルターが、接着剤成分及び吸収剤成分を含む少なくとも1つの波長透過選択性層を備え、前記波長透過選択性層が、その上に入射した701nm〜849nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させる、物品。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、701nm〜849nm以外の波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に可能にする、請求項25に記載の物品。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、701nm〜849の波長の約50%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約40%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約30%未満を透過し、701nm〜849の波長の約20%未満を透過し、又は701nm〜849の波長の約15%未満を透過する、請求項25又は26に記載の物品。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、350nm〜701nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させる、請求項25〜27のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、350nm〜701の波長の約50%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約40%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約30%未満を透過し、350nm〜701の波長の約20%未満を透過し、又は350nm〜701の波長の約15%未満を透過する、請求項25〜28のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記波長透過選択性層が、850nm以上の波長の約50%超を透過する、請求項25〜29のいずれか一項に記載の物品。

- 前記接着剤が、スクリーン印刷可能又はインクジェット印刷可能である、請求項25〜45のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 光学フィルターを備える物品であって、前記光学フィルターが、接着剤成分及び吸収剤成分を含む少なくとも1つの波長透過選択性層を備え、前記波長透過選択性層が、その上に入射した701nm〜849nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させ、前記光学フィルターが、近赤外(NIR)波長を反射する物体に隣接して配置される、物品。
- 検出可能物体と、
前記検出可能物体に隣接した光学フィルターと、を備えるシステムであって、
前記光学フィルターが、接着剤成分及び吸収剤成分を含む少なくとも1つの波長透過選択性層を備え、前記波長透過選択性層が、その上に入射した701nm〜849nmの波長の透過を少なくとも部分的に減少させる、システム。
