Abstract
Description
配合物Bは、ヒステリシスを低減する目的でカーボンブラックの量が少ない、という点で配合物Aとは異なり、
配合物Cは、本発明により提供されるものよりも低い溶融温度を特徴とする可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Aとは異なり、
配合物Dは、本発明により提供されるものと一致する溶融温度を有する可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Aとは異なっている。
混合を開始する前に、接線ロータを有し、内容積が230〜270リットルのミキサーに、架橋可能なポリマーベース、カーボンブラック、フェノール酸、および提供される場合は可塑剤を充填した。これより、充填率が66〜72%に達した。
先のステップで得られた混合物を、40〜60回転/分の速度で操作されるミキサーで再処理し、その後、130〜150℃の温度に達したら取り出した。
先のステップで得られた混合物に、加硫システム(硫黄、促進剤、酸化防止剤/オゾン劣化防止剤、酸化亜鉛、ステアリン酸)を加え、充填率が63〜67%に達した。
Claims (6)
- 架橋後にエラストマーの化学的、物理的および機械的特性のすべてを想定できる、架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマーベースと、充填剤と、可塑剤と、硬化システムと、を含む、ランフラット空気入りタイヤの側部インサートの配合物であって;
前記可塑剤が、脂肪族鎖からなり、50℃〜100℃の溶融温度を有することを特徴とする、配合物。 - 前記可塑剤が、69℃〜90℃の溶融温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- 前記脂肪族鎖が、C30〜C50の長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の配合物。
- 前記可塑剤が、配合物中に、10〜30phrの量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の配合物を使用して得られる、ランフラット空気入りタイヤの側部インサート。
- 請求項6に記載の側部インサートを備える、ランフラット空気入りタイヤ。
