Description
以下、本発明の実施形態1について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、図中、同一または相当部分については同一の参照符号を付して説明を繰り返さない。また、本実施形態1では、図中に、互いに直交するX軸、Y軸およびZ軸を示す。Z軸は鉛直面に平行であり、X軸およびY軸は水平面に平行である。
次に、側面部44は、ニップ部Nから定着ベルト10が周回転する方向R1の上流側に向けて延びる上流側側面部48を含み、合流リブ50、および、合流リブ50を構成する傾斜リブ52および傾斜リブ54は、上流側側面部48に配置される。

Claims (8)
- トナーをシートに定着させる定着ベルトと、
前記定着ベルトの外周面とニップ部を形成し、前記ニップ部で前記定着ベルトを加圧しながら周回転させる加圧部材と、
前記定着ベルトを加熱するヒーターを保持するヒーター保持部材と
を備え、
前記ヒーター保持部材は、
前記ニップ部から前記定着ベルトの内周面に沿って延び、前記定着ベルトをガイドする側面部と、
前記側面部において、前記内周面に対向して配置され、前記定着ベルトが周回転する方向に向かうに従って、互いの間隔が徐々に狭まるように形成された複数の傾斜リブと
を含む、定着装置。 - 前記ヒーター保持部材は、前記複数の傾斜リブが、さらに、合流するように形成される合流リブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の定着装置。
- 前記複数の傾斜リブは、潤滑油を収容する収容部を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の定着装置。
- 前記複数の傾斜リブは、潤滑油を滞留可能な合流部を、さらに有し、合流部は、潤滑油を前記定着ベルトに供給する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記合流部は、前記定着ベルトが周回転する方向の下流側に向けて傾斜する、請求項4に記載の定着装置。
- 前記側面部は、前記ニップ部から前記定着ベルトが周回転する方向の下流側に向けて延びる下流側側面部を含み、前記複数の傾斜リブは、前記下流側側面部に配置された、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記側面部は、前記ニップ部から前記定着ベルトが周回転する方向の上流側に向けて延びる上流側側面部を含み、前記複数の傾斜リブは、前記上流側側面部に配置された、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載された定着装置と、
前記シートに画像を形成する画像形成部と
を備えた、画像形成装置。
