Claims (9)
- 骨(10)の外部構造に追従し、前記骨に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの固定部(3)を備える支持構造(2)により前記骨(10)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)であって、
直接又は中間部分を用いることにより補綴物を受容するベース(4)が、前記支持構造(2)から突出し、前記ベース(4)は、前記支持構造(2)の一体的な単一構成部品であることを特徴とするインプラント(1)。 - 前記ベース(4)が、前記支持構造(2)の周囲の外側輪郭から突き出た隆起又は隆起部の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記ベース(4)が、前記補綴物又は前記中間部分を非確動的に、確動的に及び/又は接着して受容するように準備されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 複数の骨形状係止部分(11)が設けられ、前記骨(10)の形状係止装着部が押し込まれるように幾何学的に構成及び位置合わせされることを特徴とする、好ましくは請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の、前記骨の外部構造に追従し、前記骨(10)に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの固定部(3)を備える支持構造(2)により前記骨(10)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記骨形状係止部分(11)は、前記装着部により前記骨(10)における前記インプラント(1)の安定した支持位置を強制するように幾何学的に構成及び位置合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 空間的に互いから分離された少なくとも3つの骨形状係止部分(11)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 固定部(3)が、前記骨(10)にねじ込まれる1つ又は複数のスクリュを受容するように前記支持構造(2)に予め規定され、幾何学的に準備され、そこから空間距離をおいて、1つのベース(4)又は複数のベース(4)が補綴物を受容するために設けられることを特徴とする、好ましくは請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の、骨の外部構造に追従し、前記骨(10)に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの固定部(3)を含む支持構造(2)により前記骨(10)に取り付けられるインプラント(1)。
- 長手方向軸が、前記ベース(4)の長手方向軸(M1、M2、M3、M4、M5、M6、M7、M8)に対して、特に前記ベース(4)のねじ込み軸に対して横方向に、斜めに、又はねじれて挿入される又は挿入されている前記スクリュによって位置合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント(1)の製造方法であって、
MRT及び/又はCTによって個々の患者データを取り込む工程と、CADデータによって前記個々の患者のデータに基づいて前記支持構造(2)及び/又は前記ベース(4)を生成する工程と、を含む、方法。
