Abstract
Description
間に関して、アーマチャの十分な沈静化のために非常に長い時間が必要となることにつながりうる。場合によっては非常に短い、多段噴射において望まれうるような例えば1.2msの休止時間を鑑みると、これにより、弁ニードルの近傍に形成されたアーマチャを貫通する直線状の貫通孔の欠点が生じる。
適に複数のチャネルが設けられるため、弁の機能形態に対する重要な影響、特に、明らかに改善された減衰が得られる。例えば2〜10個の流体チャネル、特に、2〜6個の流体チャネルが実現される。ここで、このような流体チャネルはすべて、バネ収容部を少なくとも部分的に含みうる。これにより貫流挙動も改善されうる。但し原則的には、流体チャネルを1つだけ含む構成、又は、少なくとも1つの提案された流体チャテルと少なくとも1つの従来の貫通孔との組み合わせも構想されうる。
は、アーマチャ6には面取り部66が形成されており、この面取り部66は、第2の端面23を当該第2の端面23の外径42で切り取っている。この場合面取り部66は、第2の端面23とアーマチャ6の外面32との間に存在する。好適に、面取り部66は、傾斜孔50の軸53に対して直角に形成されている。本構成には、一方では、対応して図2により記載したように、製造の最適化が達成されるという利点がある。さらに、アーマチャ6がストッパ面8’とそこで協働する第2の端面23の内寄りの部分57が、最大限に大きく形成されうる。これにより、特に大きな構造的自由度が得られる。従って、各適用ケースにおいて、非常に大きな減衰が達成されうる。
Claims (10)
- 流体を調量する弁(1)、特に、内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であって、
アーマチャ室(16)に配置されたアーマチャ(6)を有する電磁アクチュエータ(10)と、
前記アクチュエータ(10)により前記アーマチャ(6)を用いて操作可能な弁ニードル(5)と、を備え、
前記アーマチャ(6)は、前記弁ニードル(5)に案内されており、前弁ニードル(5)には、駆動時に前記アーマチャ(6)の第1の端面(22)と協働する第1のストッパ要素(7)と、駆動時に前記アーマチャ(6)の第2の端面(23)と協働する第2のストッパ要素(8)と、が配置されており、前記第1のストッパ要素(7)と前記第2のストッパ要素(8)とは、前記アーマチャ(6)の移動を前記弁ニードル(5)に対して相対的に制限し、前記アーマチャ(6)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第1の端面(22)に向かって開いたバネ収容部(25)を有し、前記バネ収容部(25)には、前記ストッパ要素(7)で支えらえたバネ(27)が嵌め込まれている、前記弁(1)において、
前記アーマチャ(6)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第1の端面(22)と境を接する前記アーマチャ室(16)の第1の領域(17)と、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第2の端面(23)と境を接する前記アーマチャ室(16)の第2の領域(18)と、の間で流体を通過させることを駆動時に可能とする少なくとも1つの流体チャネル(15)を有し、前記流体チャネル(15)は、少なくとも部分的に前記バネ収容部(25)を含み、前記流体チャネル(15)は、前記第1の端面(22)から前記第2の端面(23)へと向けられ及び長手方向軸(4)に対して同軸の方向(19)に沿って、少なくとも部分的に径方向に外側に向かって通っていることを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記流体チャネル(15)の第1の開口(55)の、前記長手方向軸(4)から径方向に最も内寄りに存在する点(61)は、前記流体チャネル(15)の第2の開口(56)の、前記長手方向軸(4)から径方向に最も内寄りに存在する点(63)よりも、前記長手方向軸(4)の近傍に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記流体チャネル(15)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の出口面(80)で前記アーマチャ室(16)の前記第2の領域(18)へと抜けており、前記流体チャネル(15)がそれに沿って前記アーマチャ(6)の前記出口面(80)に抜ける前記流体チャネル(15)の軸(81)は、前記出口面(80)に対して直交して方向付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記出口面(80)は、前記長手方向軸(4)に対してぐるりと周回する環状面(82)上に存在し、前記環状面(82)は、前記長手方向軸(4)に対して回転対称的な円錐側面(83)の部分面(82)として、又は、前記長手方向軸(4)に対して直交して方向付けられた円形部(84)の部分面(82)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記流体チャネル(15)は、前記同軸の方向(19)に沿って、一貫して径方向に外側に向かって通っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記流体チャネル(15)は、前記同軸の方向(19)に沿って少なくとも径方向に外側に向かって通る少なくとも1つの傾斜孔(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記傾斜孔(50)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第1の端面(22)から、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第2の端面(23)まで通っていることを特徴とする、請求項6に
記載の弁。 - 前記傾斜孔(50)は、前記バネ収容部(25)と交わっていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の弁。
- 前記傾斜孔(50)は、前記バネ収容部(25)の底部(26)が前記傾斜孔(50)によって切り取られるように、前記バネ収容部(25)と交差していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記流体チャネル(15)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第1の端面(22)から前記同軸の方向(19)に延在する第1の同軸上の止まり孔(71)と、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記第2の端面(23)から前記同軸の方向(19)と逆方向に延在する第2の同軸上の止まり孔(72)と、を有し、前記第1の同軸上の止まり孔(71)と前記第2の同軸上の止まり孔(72)とは、前記アーマチャ(6)の内部で互いに交わっており、前記第2の止まり孔(72)は、前記長手方向軸(4)に対して、前記第1の止まり孔(71)よりも径方向に外側に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
