Abstract
Description
図5〜図10は、本開示の他の実施形態の継手構造体を示す軸方向縦断面図である。図5〜図10では、図1の領域Aに対応する部分が示されている。
解除し、継手本体と第1スリーブとを互いに半径方向にスライドさせるだけで接続を解除することができるため、管をその長手方向に移動させずに接続を解除することが可能になる。さらにナットの締め込み時に、管およびナットと継手本体との供回りを軽減すること
が可能になる。
Claims (6)
- 中空の継手本体と、
管が挿入される内腔を有し、一端部が前記継手本体と当接する第1スリーブと、
前記管が挿入される孔を有し、一端部が前記第1スリーブの他端部と当接する第2スリーブと、
前記継手本体の一端部と前記第1スリーブおよび前記第2スリーブとを覆い、前記第2スリーブにおける前記第1スリーブとは反対側の面を押圧した状態で前記継手本体に螺合されるナットと、を有し、
前記第1スリーブにおける前記ナットと対向する面と、前記ナットにおける前記第1スリーブおよび前記第2スリーブと対向する面との少なくとも一方に、前記第1スリーブの半径方向への変形を制限する制限部が形成され、
前記制限部は、前記継手本体の軸方向において、前記第1スリーブの前記継手本体と反対側端部近傍に配置されている、継手構造体。 - 前記第1スリーブにおけるナットと対向する面は、平らである請求項1に記載の継手構造体。
- 前記制限部は、前記第1スリーブにおける前記ナットと対向する面に形成された凸部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の継手構造体。
- 前記制限部は、前記ナットにおける前記第1スリーブおよび前記第2スリーブと対向する面に形成され、前記ナットの内径が前記継手本体に向かって広くなるように傾斜する傾斜部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の継手構造体。
- 前記制限部は、前記ナットにおける前記第1スリーブと対向する面に形成された、前記継手本体側が第2スリーブ側よりも前記第1スリーブから離れる段差部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の継手構造体。
- 前記第1スリーブは、前記内腔を有する円筒部と、前記円筒部の一端部から半径方向内側に突出する突出部とを有し、前記突出部が前記継手本体と当接する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の継手構造体。
