Description

Claims (14)
- 継手アセンブリであって、
半径方向の駆動面と、第1の先細の長手面と、第2の先細の長手面とを備えているネジ付きドライブナットであって、該第1の先細の長手面および該第2の先細の長手面は、該半径方向の駆動面の半径方向外側にある、ネジ付きドライブナットと、
第1の導管把持部材および第2の導管把持部材であって、該第1の導管把持部材は、該継手アセンブリが手締めした状態にある場合に、該第1の先細の長手面から半径方向に間隔を空けられる、第1の導管把持部材および第2の導管把持部材と
を備え、該第1の導管把持部材は、継手本締め中に該第1の先細の長手面と接触するように半径方向に変位され、
該第1の先細の長手面および該第2の先細の長手面は、互いに不連続である、継手アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の先細の長手面は、円錐台形である、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記接触は、前記第1の導管把持部材に対抗する弾性反力の軸方向成分を作り出して、継手分解中に該導管把持部材から前記ドライブナットを分離することを助ける、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面は、前記継手アセンブリの長手軸に対して0°より大きく約45°までの角度で先細にされる、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面の各々は、好適には、前記継手アセンブリの長手軸に対して約5°から約30°までの個々の角度で先細にされる、請求項4に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面の各々は、より好適には、前記継手アセンブリの長手軸に対して約10°から約20°までの個々の角度で先細にされる、請求項4に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の導管把持部材は、継手本締め中に前記第2の先細の長手面と接触するように半径方向に変位されて、該第2の導管把持部材に対抗する弾性反力の軸方向成分を作り出す、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 各導管把持部材は、手締め位置において、間隙(g1、g2)だけ、前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面のうちの個々の1つから間隔を空けられる、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面が、互いに異なる個々の角度で先細になる、請求項4、5または6に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面が、互いに同じ角度で先細になる、請求項4、5または6に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記間隙(g1、g2)ならびに前記第1の先細の長手面および前記第2の先細の長手面が、継手本締め中に前記第1および第2の導管把持部材の外側部分と前記ドライブナットの面とに間に半径方向の反力負荷を生成する、請求項8に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の導管把持部材が前フェルールであり、そして前記第2の導管把持部材が後フェルールである、請求項1に記載の継手アセンブリ。
- 継手用のドライブナットであって、
雄ネジ付き継手本体と組み立てるように構成された雌ネジ付き部分と、
前フェルールおよび後フェルールを受容するように構成された凹所部であって、該凹所部は、継手本体との本締め中に、導管と係合するように該前フェルールおよび該後フェルールを駆動する半径方向の駆動面と、第1の先細の長手面と第2の先細の長手面を備える内壁であって、該先細の長手面の各々が該駆動面の半径方向外側にある内壁とを備える、凹所部とを備え、
後フェルールは、継手本締め中に該第2の先細の長手面と接触するように半径方向に変位され、
第1の先細の長手面および第2の先細の長手面は、互いに対して不連続である、ドライブナット。 - 前フェルールは、継手本締め中に前記第1の先細の長手面との接触するように半径方向に変位される、請求項13に記載のドライブナット。
