ブラシレスモータと、
前記ブラシレスモータに通電するためのインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路を制御する制御部と、
前記インバータ回路への入力電圧の印加、遮断を切り替えるスイッチと、を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、上アーム側スイッチング素子及び下アーム側スイッチング素子を有し、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチがオフになると、前記ブラシレスモータに制動力を与えるブレーキ制御を行い、
前記ブレーキ制御は、前記上アーム側スイッチング素子及び前記下アーム側スイッチング素子のスイッチング制御により、前記上アーム側スイッチング素子、前記ブラシレスモータ、前記下アーム側スイッチング素子、の順に電流を流す制御である。
Claims (9)
- ブラシレスモータと、
前記ブラシレスモータに通電するためのインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路を制御する制御部と、
前記インバータ回路への入力電圧の印加、遮断を切り替えるスイッチと、を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、上アーム側スイッチング素子及び下アーム側スイッチング素子を有し、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチがオフになると、前記ブラシレスモータに制動力を与えるブレーキ制御を行い、
前記ブレーキ制御は、前記上アーム側スイッチング素子及び前記下アーム側スイッチング素子のスイッチング制御により、前記上アーム側スイッチング素子、前記ブラシレスモータ、及び前記下アーム側スイッチング素子、を通る閉ループに電流を流す制御である、電動工具。 - 交流を直流に変換して前記インバータ回路に供給する整流回路を備え、
前記スイッチは、前記整流回路の入力側に設けられた2極スイッチであり、交流電源と前記整流回路の一方の入力端子との間、及び前記交流電源と前記整流回路の他方の入力端子との間、の双方の導通、遮断を切り替える、請求項1に記載の電動工具。 - 前記制御部は、前記ブラシレスモータの回転数が閾値以下に低下すると、前記ブレーキ制御における前記上アーム側スイッチング素子及び前記下アーム側スイッチング素子の少なくともいずれかのデューティを低下させる、請求項1又は2に記載の電動工具。
- 前記制御部は、前記ブレーキ制御における進角を、前記ブラシレスモータの駆動制御における進角よりも大きくする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動工具。
- 前記ブレーキ制御は、前記ブラシレスモータを駆動する際の電流方向と同方向の電流を前記インバータ回路に流すことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動工具。
- 交流電源を整流する整流回路と、前記整流回路からの電流を平滑する平滑コンデンサを有し、
前記ブレーキ制御時の電流は、前記整流回路を通ることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動工具。 - 前記スイッチは、2極スイッチであり、前記インバータ回路に繋がる2つの経路の双方の導通、遮断を切り替える、請求項1に記載の電動工具。
- 交流を直流に変換して前記インバータ回路に供給する第1整流回路を備え、
前記スイッチは、前記第1整流回路の入力側に設けられ、交流電源と前記第1整流回路の一方の入力端子との間、及び前記交流電源と前記第1整流回路の他方の入力端子との間、の双方の導通、遮断を切り替える、請求項7に記載の電動工具。 - 前記インバータ回路を制御する制御部と、
前記制御部に電源を供給するための第2整流回路と、を備え、
前記第2整流回路は、前記スイッチを介さずに前記交流電源に接続される、請求項8に記載の電動工具。
