Claims (3)
- 金属磁性粉含有樹脂で構成され、一対の側面を有する素体と、
前記素体の内部において前記一対の側面の間を結び、導線と該導線の表面を覆う絶縁被膜とを含む平角線が、所定のコイル軸周りに2層に巻かれてなるコイルと、
を備え、
前記平角線の上層の導線と下層の導線との離間距離が、前記コイル軸に対して平行な前記導線の表面を覆う部分の前記絶縁被膜の厚さの2倍より長い、コイル部品。 - 前記平角線の上層と下層との間に介在するスペーサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記上層の導線の下面を覆う部分の前記絶縁被膜および前記下層の導線の上面を覆う部分の前記絶縁被膜の厚さが、前記コイル軸に対して平行な前記導線の表面を構成する部分の前記絶縁被膜の厚さより厚い、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
