Claims (4)
- 磁性体で構成され、互いに平行な一対の端面を有する素体と、
前記一対の端面の対面方向に沿って延在し、貫通孔が設けられた絶縁基板と、
前記素体内において前記絶縁基板の一方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成された平面コイルパターンと、前記絶縁基板の一方面に設けられて前記平面コイルパターンの線間、内周および外周に位置する樹脂壁と、前記平面コイルパターンを前記一対の端面の一方まで引き出す引出配線パターンとを含む第1のコイルと、
前記素体内において前記絶縁基板の他方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成されるとともに前記絶縁基板に貫設されたスルーホール導体を介して前記第1のコイルの前記平面コイルパターンと導通する平面コイルパターンと、前記絶縁基板の一方面に設けられて前記平面コイルパターンの線間、内周および外周に位置する樹脂壁と、前記平面コイルパターンを前記一対の端面の他方まで引き出す引出配線パターンとを含む第2のコイルと、
前記素体内において前記第1のコイルおよび前記第2のコイルのそれぞれの表面を覆う一対の絶縁層と、
前記一対の端面をそれぞれ覆い、前記第1のコイルおよび前記第2のコイルの前記引出配線パターンそれぞれに接続された一対の外部端子電極と
を備え、
前記絶縁層が第1部分と該第1部分よりも前記貫通孔側に位置する第2部分とを有し、前記第2部分の厚さが前記第1部分の厚さより薄く、
前記絶縁層の厚さが、前記貫通孔側に向かうに従って漸次薄くなっている、コイル部品。 - 前記基板の表面を基準にした前記引出配線パターンの高さが前記平面コイルパターンの高さより低い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁基板の他方面に形成された前記第2のコイルの前記引出配線パターンの形成領域に対応する前記絶縁基板の一方面の領域が、前記素体を構成する前記磁性体の比誘電率より低い比誘電率を有する材料で覆われている、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記素体が、前記絶縁基板に対して平行で、前記絶縁基板の他方面側に位置する実装面を有し、
前記外部端子電極が、前記素体の前記端面と前記実装面とを連続的に覆っており、
前記第2のコイルを覆う前記絶縁層の厚さが、前記第1のコイルを覆う前記絶縁層の厚さより厚い、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
