Claims (3)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の少なくとも一方面上に形成された平面コイルパターンを有するコイルと、
前記絶縁基板上に設けられ、前記平面コイルパターンの形成領域を画成する樹脂壁と、
前記平面コイルパターンの表面と、前記平面コイルパターンを挟む各樹脂壁の一部とを一体的に覆い、かつ、前記各樹脂壁の先端面が露出する露出領域を形成する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁基板と前記平面コイルパターンと前記絶縁層を一体的に覆い、かつ、前記絶縁層から露出した前記露出領域において前記樹脂壁の前記先端面と接する磁性体と
を備え、
前記磁性体が、金属磁性粉と樹脂とを含む磁性粉含有樹脂であり、
前記絶縁基板を基準にした前記絶縁層の上端位置と前記樹脂壁の上端位置とが異なる、コイル部品。 - 前記磁性粉含有樹脂が、平均粒径が異なる複数の金属磁性粉を含み、
前記樹脂壁の露出領域の幅が、最小の平均粒径を有する前記金属磁性粉の平均粒径より広い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記絶縁基板を基準にした前記樹脂壁の高さが前記平面コイルパターンの高さより高い、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
