Claims (16)
- 複数個の電池セルが積層される電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の一面に配置される熱伝導部材と、を含み、
前記熱伝導部材は、多孔質絶縁層と、前記多孔質絶縁層の表面に配置される伝導層と、を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記多孔質絶縁層は、水素結合が可能な第1高分子セグメントと、ポリオール構造の第2高分子セグメントと、を含む共重合体高分子で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1高分子セグメントは芳香族ウレタン又は芳香族尿素の結合を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2高分子セグメントは、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリカーボネートジオール、ポリカプロラクトンジオール、及びエチレン−プロピレングリコール共重合体からなる群より選択された1種以上の脂肪族ポリオールを含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝導層は、Al、Ni、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Sn、及びFeからなる群より選択されたいずれか1つ以上の材料、又はこれらの合金で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝導層は、炭素棒、球状炭素、カーボンナノチューブ、及びグラフェンからなる群より選択されたいずれか1つ以上の材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収容し、且つ前記電池セルの外形を形成するポーチと、を含み、
前記ポーチは、前記電極組立体を収容する収容部と、前記収容部の外側に形成されるシール部と、含み、
前記熱伝導部材は、その厚さが前記シール部の厚さよりも厚く形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記多孔質絶縁層は、内部に複数個の空隙を含むか、又は前記多孔質絶縁層を厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝導層は、前記貫通孔の外部に配置される前記多孔質絶縁層の表面に沿って配置される第1伝導層と、前記貫通孔の内部表面に沿って配置され、前記第1伝導層と連結される第2伝導層と、を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の一面と対面するように配置される第1プレートと、前記電池セル積層体の他の一面と対面するように配置される第2プレートと、をさらに含み、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記電池セル積層体と前記第2プレートの間に配置される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収容し、且つ前記電池セルの外形を形成するポーチと、を含み、
前記ポーチは、前記電極組立体を収容する収容部と、前記収容部の外側に形成されるシール部と、を含み、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記収容部及び前記シール部が形成される表面に沿って複数個の前記電池セルに付着する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記シール部は、一面が前記収容部の一面と向かい合うように配置され、他面が前記第2プレートと向かい合うように配置され、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記シール部の他面に配置される第1熱伝導部材と、前記シール部の一面に配置される第2熱伝導部材と、前記シール部の一面と向かい合う前記収容部の一面に配置される第3熱伝導部材と、を含み、
前記第1〜第3熱伝導部材は、厚さ方向に圧縮されて前記第2プレートと前記電池セル積層体の間に配置される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝導部材は厚さ方向の収縮率が90%以下である、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導部材の厚さは100μm〜500μmである、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2プレートに結合する冷却装置をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導部材は厚さ方向の伸び率が10%以下である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
