Abstract
Description
(1)前記トレッドのためのゴム組成物をノズルから吐出し、前記台タイヤの外周面上に前記エレメントの前駆体を形成する第一ステップと、
(2)前記前駆体に紫外線を照射することで前記前駆体を硬化させて、前記エレメントを形成する第二ステップと
を含む。前記第一ステップと前記第二ステップとは交互に行われる。前記トレッドの切断時引張強さは5MPa以上であり、前記トレッドの圧縮永久ひずみは10%以下である。
図1及び図2に示された製造装置2が説明される。この製造装置2は、付加製造装置、すなわち3Dプリンタである。この製造装置2は、トレッドの設計データに基づいて、台タイヤ4の外周面上に多数のエレメントを順に形成しながら、トレッドを構成する装置である。この製造装置2は、台タイヤ4を回転可能に支持する支持ユニット6と、台タイヤ4の外周面上にエレメントを形成しトレッドを構成する形成ユニット8とを備える。
次に、以上説明した製造装置2を用いて、台タイヤ4の外周面上に多数のエレメントを順に形成しながらトレッドを構成してタイヤを製造する、タイヤの製造方法について説明する。この製造方法は、準備ステージ及び形成ステージを含む。

Claims (7)
- 台タイヤの外周面上に多数のエレメントを順に形成しながらトレッドを構成してタイヤを製造する、タイヤの製造方法であって、
前記トレッドのためのゴム組成物をノズルから吐出し、前記台タイヤの外周面上に前記エレメントの前駆体を形成する第一ステップと、
前記前駆体に紫外線を照射することで前記前駆体を硬化させて、前記エレメントを形成する第二ステップと
を含み、
前記第一ステップと前記第二ステップとが交互に行われ、
前記トレッドの切断時引張強さが5MPa以上であり、
前記トレッドの圧縮永久ひずみが10%以下である、タイヤの製造方法。 - 相対湿度50%の環境下で、E型粘度計を用いて、温度25℃、振り角1%、周波数1Hzにて計測される、前記ゴム組成物の粘度が1000Pa・s以上である、請求項1に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム組成物が加熱により粘度が低下する性質を有し、
前記第一ステップにおいて、加熱された前記ゴム組成物が前記ノズルから吐出される、請求項2に記載のタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記ノズルから吐出されるゴム組成物の温度が60℃以上100℃以下である、請求項3に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 相対湿度50%の環境下で、E型粘度計を用いて、温度60℃、振り角1%、周波数1Hzにて計測される、前記ゴム組成物の粘度が1Pa・s以上2000Pa・s未満である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ノズルの吐出口の断面積が1960μm2以上である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記第一ステップにおいて、前記前駆体が載置される載置面から前記ノズルの先端までの距離の、前記吐出口の断面積に基づいて前記吐出口の形状を円と仮定して計算される前記吐出口の仮想内径に対する比が50%以上800%以下である、請求項6に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
