(a)成分(i)を提供する段階、
(b)成分(ii)を提供する段階、および
(c)成分(i)および成分(ii)を組み合わせる段階
を含み、
項1から4のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは項5から10のいずれか1項で定義の組成物が得られるようにする方法。

−望ましくない植物成長の防除方法、
および/または
−有害植物の防除方法であって、
項1から4のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは項5から10のいずれか1項で定義の組成物を、望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物に、望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物の部分に、または望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物が成長する区域に施用する段階を含む方法。

成分(i)L−グルホシネートおよびそれの農学的に許容される塩の新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが1000gを越えない、好ましくは750gを越えない項12に記載の方法。

成分(ii)インダジフラムの新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが30gを越えない、好ましくは25gを越えない項12または13に記載の方法。

農業分野での、項1から4のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは項5から10のいずれか1項で定義の組成物の使用。
1.使用される製造物
下記の生物試験で、下記の製造物を用いた。
別個のポットで、生物試験を、同一条件下に(上記の異なる製造物P1、P2およびP3による処理を別として)、温室内で実施した。各ポットは、同じ土壌および同じ量の下記の各雑草の種子(2種類の単子葉および2種類の双子葉有害植物種(雑草種))を含んでいた。
Claims (19)
- (i)L−グルホシネートおよび/またはそれの農学的に許容される塩、
および
(ii)インダジフラム
からなる除草剤の組み合わせであって、
成分(i)の総重量の成分(ii)の総重量に対する重量比が10:1から35:1の範囲である組み合わせ。 - 前記除草剤の組み合わせにおける成分(i)の総重量の成分(ii)の総重量に対する重量比が、12:1から30:1の範囲である請求項1に記載の除草剤の組み合わせ。
- 前記除草剤の組み合わせにおける成分(i)の総重量の成分(ii)の総重量に対する重量比が、15:1から25:1の範囲である請求項1または2に記載の除草剤の組み合わせ。
- 各場合、組成物の総重量基準で、成分(i)の総重量の成分(ii)の総重量に対する重量比が、請求項1から3のいずれか1項で定義の通りである請求項1から3のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせを含み、組成物中の有効成分が、成分(i)および成分(ii)のみである、組成物。
- 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、成分(i)の総重量が600g/L以下である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、成分(i)の総重量が300g/L以下である、請求項4または5に記載の組成物。
- 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、成分(ii)の総重量が2から20g/Lの範囲である請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、成分(ii)の総重量が3から6g/Lの範囲である請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、
成分(i)の総重量が、125から300g/Lの範囲であり、
成分(ii)の総重量が、3から10g/Lの範囲である、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 各場合、組成物の総量基準で、
成分(i)の総重量が、125から250g/Lの範囲であり、
成分(ii)の総重量が、3から6g/Lの範囲である、請求項4から9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物がさらに、製剤補助剤、および作物保護で一般的な添加剤からなる群から選択される1以上のさらなる成分を含む請求項4から10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、懸濁液濃縮物(SC)、オイル分散液(OD)の形態、またはマイクロカプセルの形態でのものである請求項4から11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

(c)成分(i)および成分(ii)を組み合わせる段階

請求項1から3のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは請求項4から12のいずれか1項で定義の組成物が得られるようにする方法。 - −望ましくない植物成長の防除方法、
および/または
−有害植物の防除方法であって、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは請求項4から12のいずれか1項で定義の組成物を、望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物に、望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物の部分に、または望ましくない植物もしくは有害植物が成長する区域に施用する段階を含む方法。 - 成分(i)L−グルホシネートおよびそれの農学的に許容される塩の新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが1000gを越えない請求項14に記載の方法。
- 成分(i)L−グルホシネートおよびそれの農学的に許容される塩の新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが750gを越えない請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 成分(ii)インダジフラムの新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが30gを越えない請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成分(ii)インダジフラムの新暦年当たりの総量/ヘクタールが25gを越えない請求項14から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 農業分野での、請求項1から3のいずれか1項で定義の除草剤の組み合わせまたは請求項4から12のいずれか1項で定義の組成物の使用。
