Claims (3)
- ターゲット液体を収容する第1の領域、及び第1の領域の上方であって沸騰した前記ターゲット液体の気液混合体を受け入れる第2の領域を有するターゲット収容部と、
前記ターゲット液体に対して、照射されるビームの照射方向と反対側において、冷媒によって前記ターゲット収容部を冷却する冷却機構と、を備え、
前記冷却機構は、少なくとも前記第1の領域を冷却する第1の冷却部、及び少なくとも前記第2の領域を冷却する第2の冷却部を備え、
前記第2の冷却部は、前記第2の領域において上方から下方へ向かう前記冷媒の流れを形成する、ターゲット装置。 - 前記第1の冷却部は、前記第1の領域との間の隔壁に対して前記冷媒を噴射する第1のノズル部を備え、
前記第2の冷却部は、前記第2の領域との間の隔壁に対して前記冷媒を噴射する第2のノズル部を備え、
前記第2の冷却部では、前記第2のノズル部による噴射箇所よりも下側において、前記上方から下方へ向かう前記冷媒の流れが形成される、請求項1に記載のターゲット装置。 - 前記第1の冷却部において前記冷媒が流れる第1の内部空間と、前記第2の冷却部において前記冷媒が流れる第2の内部空間とは、互いに仕切られている、請求項1又は2に記載のターゲット装置。
