Description
[1]次の成分(A)〜(D);
(A)(A−1)非水溶媒を分散媒とする(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体ディスパージョン
(B)液状油
(C)疎水化処理酸化チタン及び疎水化処理酸化亜鉛よりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上
(D)HLBが1〜5である非イオン界面活性剤
を含有する水中油型乳化化粧料である。

さらに成分(A−2)アクリル系アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体が、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルと酢酸ビニルとを質量比30:70〜95:5の範囲で共重合させたものである油中水型乳化化粧料。

成分(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体を構成する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルの重合体のTgが10℃以上、さらに15℃以上、特に20℃以上であり、は50℃以下、さらに40℃以下である油中水型乳化化粧料。

成分(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体の数平均分子量が5万〜50万である油中水型乳化化粧料。
[5]
成分(A−1)非水溶媒が、揮発性炭化水素油である油中水型乳化化粧料。
[6]
成分(A−1)に対する成分(A−2)の含有質量比((A−2)/(A−1))が1以下である油中水型乳化化粧料。
成分(A)を、縦5mm、横65mm、及び高さ80mm角のガラスセル中にパスツールピペットを用いて5mL採取し、これをレーザー回折/散乱式粒度分布測定装置〔堀場製作所社製のLA−910A〕にセットする。
レーザー光(赤色)の透過率が80%〜90%になるように、成分(A)の濃度を調整した後、測定温度25℃±1℃の条件で測定した結果をコンピュータ処理することにより、非水ディスパージョン中の樹脂の粒子の平均粒子径を求め、体積平均(D50)の値を平均粒子径とする。
下記表1及び2に示す処方の油中水型乳化化粧料を以下の製法に従って調製し、下記評価方法によって、イ.色むらの目立ちにくさ、ロ.塗布時の負担の無さ、ハ.色変わりの無さ、ニ.化粧膜の持続性、製剤配合安定性、製剤保存安定性の各項目について評価した。結果も併せて表1及び2に示す。
(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(Tg30℃):酢酸ビニルが50:50
※2:コポリマーの構成成分は※1と同じ(固形分45%イソドデカン溶媒)
(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(Tg30℃):酢酸ビニルが70:30
※3:コポリマーの構成成分は※1と同じ(固形分45%イソドデカン溶媒)
(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル(Tg30℃):酢酸ビニルが30:70
※4 KF-7312J(信越化学工業社製)
※5 KP-545(信越化学工業社製)
※6 ビニゾール2140L(大同化成工業社製、固形分42.7%水溶媒のディスパージョン)
A.成分(1)〜(11)を均一に混合する。
B.Aに、成分(11)〜(28)を均一に混合する。
C.Bに成分(29)〜(34)の溶解物を添加し、乳化混合をする。
D.Cを脱泡し、油中水型乳化化粧料を得た。
前記油中水型乳化化粧料について専門評価者20名が適量を手にとり、指で肌上に伸ばして使用し、評価項目ごとに評価者各人が下記絶対評価にて5段階に評価し評点を付け、各サンプルのパネル全員の評点合計から、その平均値を算出し、下記判定基準により判定した。
イ. 色ムラの目立ちにくさ :肌の色ムラが目立たなく感じるかどうか
ロ. 塗布時の負担感の無さ :塗布した肌がつっぱるなどの嫌な感覚がないかどうか
ハ. 色変わりの無さ :塗布直後から経時で色の変化がないかどうか
ニ. 化粧膜の持続性 :塗布8時間経過後の化粧持ちのよさ

所定の方法にて調整した皮膚化粧料を金属板上に指で伸ばし、凝集物の形成状況を目視にて観察し下記評価基準に従って評価した。
凝集物なし : A
凝集物あり : B
分離・沈澱物あり : C
所定の方法にて調整した皮膚化粧料を50℃恒温槽内に静置し、1ヶ月後の顔料の分離・凝集保存安定性を目視にて観察し下記基準に従って評価した。
分離・凝集なし : A
ごくわずかに分離・凝集あり : B
分離・凝集あり : C
一方、親水部を持たない(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルを含有するコポリマーを含有する比較例1、シリコーンの被膜形成剤を使用した比較例2は、色ムラの目立ちにくさ、色変わりのなさ、負担感のなさの点で劣るものであった。また(メタ)アクリル酸とシロキサンとのコポリマーを使用した比較例3は、色ムラの目立ちにくさ、色変わりのなさの点で劣るものであり、アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体の水系ディスパージョンを使用した比較例4は、特に化粧持続性に劣るものであった。

C:成分(17)、(18)を混合し、Bに添加し、常温で乳化し、原液を得た。
D:Cで得られた原液9gをアルミ製耐圧容器に充填した後バルブを固着し、バルブを通じてLPG0.15を10gおよびジメチルエーテルを2gを耐圧容器に充填し、エアゾール型ファンデーションを得た。

- 次の成分(A)〜(D);
(A)(A−1)非水溶媒を分散媒とする(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体ディスパージョン
(B)液状油
(C)疎水化処理酸化チタン及び疎水化処理酸化亜鉛よりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上
(D)HLBが1〜5である非イオン界面活性剤
を含有する油中水型乳化化粧料。 - 成分(A−2)アクリル系アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体が、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルと酢酸ビニルとを質量比30:70〜95:5の範囲で共重合させたものである請求項1記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 成分(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体を構成する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルの重合体のTgが20〜50℃である請求項1または2記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 成分(A−2)アクリル酸アルキル/酢酸ビニル共重合体の数平均分子量が5万〜50万である請求項1〜3のいずれかの項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 成分(A−1)非水溶媒が、揮発性炭化水素油である請求項1〜4のいずれかの項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 成分(A−1)に対する成分(A−2)の含有質量比((A−2)/(A−1))が1以下である請求項1〜5のいずれかの項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
