Abstract
【解決手段】反力付与指示手段に異常が生じ合場合には、前記反力付与制御手段は現在レンジから前記駐車レンジとは反対の方向の回動操作に対する反力を付与する。これによって反力の指示が異常の状態のまま車両が走行する可能性を低減できる。

Claims (4)
- ダイヤル式の操作部材を回動操作することによって、駐車レンジ、後退レンジ、ニュートラルレンジ、前進走行レンジの順に並んだレンジを切り替えることが可能となるシフト部材を備えた車両のシフト装置において、
前記シフト部材が回動操作された場合に反力を付与する反力付与制御手段と、この反力付与制御手段に反力を付与する位置を指示する反力付与指示手段と、を有し、
前記反力付与指示手段に異常が生じた場合には、前記反力付与制御手段は現在レンジから前記駐車レンジとは反対の方向の回動操作に対する反力を付与することを特徴とする車両のシフト装置。 - 前記反力付与指示手段に異常が生じた場合には、前記反力付与制御手段は現在のレンジから駐車レンジ側に回動させると、回動されたレンジごとに、回動されたレンジから前記駐車レンジとは反対の方向の回動操作に対する反力を付与することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のシフト装置。
- 車両の電源がオフになった後に自動で車両を前記駐車レンジに切り替える自動駐車レンジ制御中に前記反力付与指示手段に異常が生じた場合には、前記回動操作に関わらず車両は前記駐車レンジを維持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両のシフト装置。
- シフト装置は、前記レンジへ切り替わるとそのレンジ位置を表示させる表示手段と、この表示手段に表示を指示する表示位置指示手段とを、さらに有し、
自動駐車レンジ制御中に前記表示位置指示手段に異常が生じた場合には、表示手段によって報知するとともに、前記回動操作に関わらず車両は前記駐車レンジを維持することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両のシフト装置。
