Abstract
Description
[複層構造体]
図1は、第1実施形態に係る複層構造体を例示する平面図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係る複層構造体を例示する断面図であり、図1のA−A線に沿う断面を示している。
樹脂層11は、ガラス層14等を積層する基材となる層であり、可撓性を有する。樹脂層11は、一つ又は複数の層から構成されている。
ガラス層14は、特に限定はなく、目的に応じて適切なものを採用できる。ガラス層14は、組成による分類によれば、例えば、ソーダ石灰ガラス、ホウ酸ガラス、アルミノ珪酸ガラス、石英ガラス等が挙げられる。又、アルカリ成分による分類によれば、無アルカリガラス、低アルカリガラスが挙げられる。上記ガラスのアルカリ金属成分(例えば、Na2O、K2O、Li2O)の含有量は、好ましくは15重量%以下であり、更に好ましくは10重量%以下である。
金属層13は、ガラス層14の粘着剤層12側の面に形成されている。金属層13は、ガラス層14を介して入射する可視光を反射する層である。金属層13の材料としては、可視光反射率が高い材料が好ましく、例えば、アルミニウム、銀、銀合金等が挙げられる。金属層13の厚みは、特に限定するものではないが、例えば、10nm以上500nm以下程度である。金属層13は、例えば、スパッタ法、蒸着法、めっき法等により形成できる。なお、ガラス層14の表面に、金属層13とは別に、防汚層、反射防止層、導電層、反射層、加飾層等の機能層を設けてもよい。
粘着剤層12は、樹脂層11と、金属層13が形成されたガラス層14との間に設けられる。粘着剤層12としては、任意の適切な粘着剤が用いられる。粘着剤層12の材料としては、例えば、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ゴム系粘着剤等が挙げられる。粘着剤層12の厚みは、特に限定するものではないが、例えば、10μm以上500μm以下程度である。
支持体15は、樹脂層11よりも剛性の高い材料により形成されている。支持体15の材料としては、例えば、金属、樹脂、ガラス等が挙げられる。支持体15の厚みは、十分な剛性が担保できれば、樹脂層11より厚くてもよいし、薄くてよいし、同程度の厚さであってもよい。樹脂層11及び支持体15として透明な材料を選択すると、例えば、複層構造体10を鏡として用いる場合、支持体15を壁に固定したときに、樹脂層11及び支持体15を目立たなくできる。
樹脂層11、粘着剤層12、金属層13が形成されたガラス層14の積層部は、例えば、プレス加工等により所定の形状に形成した樹脂層11と金属層13が形成されたガラス層14とを粘着剤層12を介して積層させることで得られる。或いは、樹脂層11と金属層13が形成されたガラス層14を粘着剤層12を介してロールトゥロールプロセスを利用して連続的に積層後、プレス加工等により、任意のサイズに個片化してもよい。
複層構造体10は、例えば、平面ミラー、パーテーション、化粧板、建材等に用いられる。以降に例示する複層構造体についても同様である。
第1実施形態の変形例では、第1実施形態とは構造の異なる複層構造体の例を示す。なお、第1実施形態の変形例において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第2実施形態では、第1実施形態とは張力印加部の張力発生原理が異なる複層構造体の例を示す。なお、第2実施形態において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第2実施形態の変形例では、第2実施形態とは構造の異なる複層構造体の例を示す。なお、第2実施形態の変形例において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。

Claims (10)
- 樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層上に積層されたガラス層と、
前記樹脂層が伸展する方向に張力を掛ける張力印加部と、を有する複層構造体。 - 平面視において、前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層の側面と接しないように前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層の外側に設けられ、少なくとも前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層を挟んで対向する部分を備えた支持体を有し、
前記張力印加部は、前記支持体の前記対向する部分の各々と少なくとも前記樹脂層の外周領域とを接続し、前記樹脂層を前記対向する部分の各々の側に引っ張って前記樹脂層に張力を掛ける請求項1に記載の複層構造体。 - 平面視において、前記樹脂層の外周領域は、前記ガラス層の外周側に露出し、
前記張力印加部は、前記支持体の前記対向する部分の各々と前記樹脂層の外周領域とを接続している請求項2に記載の複層構造体。 - 前記支持体は、前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層の側面と接しないように前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層の外側に環状に設けられている請求項2又は3に記載の複層構造体。
- 少なくとも前記樹脂層の外周領域を厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔が設けられ、
前記張力印加部は、前記貫通孔と前記支持体とを接続している請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の複層構造体。 - 前記張力印加部は、前記貫通孔を通る線状部材と、前記線状部材を前記支持体側に引っ張る力を調整する張力調整部と、を含む請求項5に記載の複層構造体。
- 前記樹脂層及び前記ガラス層が積層される支持体を有し、
前記樹脂層は、平面視において、前記支持体の上面の前記ガラス層と重複する領域を少なくとも被覆し、前記領域から前記支持体の側面及び下面に延伸する熱収縮性フィルムであり、
前記樹脂層が前記張力印加部として機能する請求項1に記載の複層構造体。 - 前記ガラス層と前記樹脂層との間に、1層以上の他の樹脂層が積層されている請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の複層構造体。
- 前記ガラス層の厚みは、10μm以上300μm以下である請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の複層構造体。
- 前記樹脂層の厚みは、20μm以上2000μm以下である請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の複層構造体。
