Abstract
【解決手段】本明細書が開示するブレーキ装置は、車輪と共に回転する被制動部材に制動部材を押し付けるブレーキピストンと、ブレーキピストンを被制動部材に向けて押圧する油圧システムと、ブレーキピストンを被制動部材に向けて押圧する可動子を有する電動システムと、油圧システム及び電動システムを用いてパーキングブレーキ動作を実行可能な制御装置と、を備える。パーキングブレーキ動作において、制御装置は、油圧システムと電動システムとの両者によって、ブレーキピストンへ所定値以上の押圧力を加えるように構成されている。その所定値は、電動システムがブレーキピストンへ加え得る最大の押圧力よりも大きい。

Claims (5)
- 車輪と共に回転する被制動部材に、制動部材を押し付けるブレーキピストンと、
前記ブレーキピストンを、前記被制動部材に向けて押圧する油圧システムと、
前記ブレーキピストンを、前記被制動部材に向けて押圧する可動子を有する電動システムと、
前記油圧システム及び前記電動システムを用いて、パーキングブレーキ動作を実行可能な制御装置と、
を備え、
前記パーキングブレーキ動作において、前記制御装置は、前記油圧システムと前記電動システムとの両者によって、前記ブレーキピストンへ所定値以上の押圧力を加えるように構成されており、
前記所定値は、前記電動システムが前記ブレーキピストンへ加え得る最大の押圧力よりも大きい、
ブレーキ装置。 - 前記電動システムは、前記可動子を前記ブレーキピストンに対して進退させる送りねじ部材と、前記送りねじ部材を回転させるモータとを有し、
前記パーキングブレーキ動作において、前記制御装置は、前記モータの動作を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記油圧システムは、ユーザによるブレーキペダルの操作に応じて、前記ブレーキピストンに加える前記押圧力が変化するように構成されており、
前記パーキングブレーキ動作において、前記制御装置は、前記油圧システムが前記ブレーキピストンに与えている前記押圧力に応じて、前記ユーザに前記ブレーキペダルのさらなる操作を促す報知処理を実行する、請求項1又は2に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記油圧システムは、前記ブレーキピストンに加える前記押圧力を増大させる油圧ポンプを有し、
前記パーキングブレーキ動作において、前記制御装置は、前記油圧ポンプの動作を制御するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧システム及び前記電動システムを用いて、パーキングブレーキ解除動作をさらに実行可能であり、
前記パーキングブレーキ解除動作では、前記制御装置が、前記油圧システムによって前記ブレーキピストンへ前記押圧力を加えながら、前記電動システムの前記可動子を前記ブレーキピストンから退避させる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ装置。
