Description
時刻t3に車速が第1閾値V1以下になるとフル回生制動モードから第1持ち替えモードに切り替わってスレーブシリンダ23がゆっくりと作動し、時刻t4にかけて液圧制動力が第1の増加率で増加するとともに、スレーブシリンダ23により発生する液圧制動力の分だけ回生制動力が減少し、トータルの制動力は要求制動力に維持される。このとき、液圧制動力が増加する第1の増加率は比較的に小さく設定されているため、鳴き音の発生は確実に防止される。

Claims (4)
- 回生制動装置および液圧制動装置を備えて回生制動および液圧制動が可能な車両用ブレーキ装置であって、制動開始後に回生制動から液圧制動に移行するものにおいて、
制動開始後に車速が第1閾値(V1)以下になると、回生制動から液圧制動への移行を開始して液圧制動力をゼロから第1の増加率で増加させると共に、その後、車速が更に低下して前記第1閾値(V1)よりも小さい第2閾値(V2)以下になると、液圧制動力を前記第1の増加率よりも大きい第2の増加率で増加させることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 回生制動装置および液圧制動装置を備えて回生制動および液圧制動が可能な車両用ブレーキ装置であって、制動開始後に回生制動から液圧制動に移行するものにおいて、
制動開始後に車速が第1閾値(V1)以下になると、回生制動から液圧制動への移行を開始して液圧制動力をゼロから第1の増加率で増加させると共に、その増加の開始時点から所定時間が経過したときに、液圧制動力を前記第1の増加率よりも大きい第2の増加率で増加させることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記液圧制動装置はピストン(38A,38B)を電動モータ(52)で駆動するスレーブシリンダ(23)からなり、前記スレーブシリンダ(23)は前記第1、第2の増加率に応じた一定速度で前記ピストン(38A,38B)を駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 回生制動から液圧制動への移行前に、前記スレーブシリンダ(23)の無効ストロークを解消するために該スレーブシリンダ(23)を所定量駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
