Claims (4)
- 冷却液が流れる主流路であって上面に発熱体が取り付けられる主流路と、
前記主流路をバイパスするサブ流路と、
を備えており、
前記主流路と前記サブ流路の分岐点において前記サブ流路の天井が前記主流路の天井よりも高い、冷却器。 - 前記サブ流路の断面積が前記主流路の断面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の冷却器。
- 前記分岐点よりも冷却液の流れ方向の上流側において、前記サブ流路の上流側の天井と前記主流路の上流側の天井との高さの差が前記流れ方向に沿って徐々に大きくなる、と請求項1または2に記載の冷却器。
- 前記主流路は蛇行している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却器。
