Abstract
Description
図3はインジェクタ噴射制御の例を示す。インジェクタ21Aは、エンジン1Aに燃料を供給する燃料装置に設けられている。インジェクタ21Aは、ポンプで圧送された燃料をバルブから噴射するものであり、バルブの開閉度合いがソレノイド211によって制御されるように構成されている。
図4はアイドルスピード制御の例を示す。アイドルスピードコントロールバルブ21Bは、スロットルバルブのバイパス通路を流れる空気量を調整して、アイドル回転数を制御する。アイドルスピードコントロールバルブ21Bは、バルブの開閉がソレノイド212によって制御される。
図5はスロットル制御の例を示す。スロットルシステムは、エンジン1Aへの吸気の量を調整する機構である。スロットルバルブ21Cは、モータ213によって、スロットルバルブ開度が調整される。
図6はパワーウィンドウ制御の例を示す。ドア1Bに設けられるパワーウィンドウ21Dは、モータ214によって、窓の開閉動作を行う。
上述した例以外でも、例えば、ファン制御、ヒーター制御、過給器制御等も、同様に実現可能である。例えば、過給機制御では、コントローラ10は、過給機のオン/オフと、過給機オンにおけるエアバイバスバルブの開度を示すデジタル信号を出力すればよい。

Claims (3)
- ハードユニットが複数搭載された移動体において、各ハードユニットを制御する制御システムであって、
中継ECU(Electronic Control Unit)を含まず、デジタル信号の伝送を行うデジタル信号伝送経路と、
前記移動体の動作を演算する演算装置と、前記デジタル信号伝送経路に対してデジタル信号の入出力を行う信号バス制御IC(Integrated Circuit)とを、少なくとも含むコントローラと、
各ハードユニットを制御するアクチュエータにそれぞれ付されており、前記デジタル信号伝送経路にそれぞれ接続された、複数のICとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記演算装置によって、移動体の動作を決める演算を行い、演算結果に従って、各アクチュエータの動作を規定するデジタル信号を生成し、生成したデジタル信号を前記信号バス制御ICによって前記デジタル信号伝送経路に出力するものであり、
前記複数のICは、それぞれ、当該アクチュエータの動作を規定するデジタル信号を前記デジタル信号伝送経路から取得し、取得したデジタル信号が規定する動作に基づいて、当該アクチュエータに対する制御信号を生成する
移動体の制御システム。 - 請求項1記載の移動体の制御システムにおいて、
前記アクチュエータは、ソレノイドを有する第1アクチュエータを含み、
前記コントローラは、前記第1アクチュエータのソレノイドに与える電気信号を特定する第1デジタル信号を、前記デジタル信号伝送経路に出力し、
前記複数のICの中の、前記第1アクチュエータに付された第1ICは、前記デジタル信号伝送経路から前記第1デジタル信号を取得し、前記第1デジタル信号が特定する電気信号を生成し、前記第1アクチュエータのソレノイドに与える
ことを特徴とする移動体の制御システム。 - 請求項1記載の移動体の制御システムにおいて、
前記アクチュエータは、モータを有する第2アクチュエータを含み、
前記コントローラは、前記第2アクチュエータの目標状態を特定する第2デジタル信号を、前記デジタル信号伝送経路に出力し、
前記複数のICの中の、前記第2アクチュエータに付された第2ICは、前記デジタル信号伝送経路から前記第2デジタル信号を取得し、前記第2デジタル信号が特定する目標状態に前記第2アクチュエータが向かうよう前記モータを駆動する電気信号を生成し、前記第2アクチュエータのモータに与える
ことを特徴とする移動体の制御システム。
